Prepare Your Finger

Warm your hands. Remove nail polish and false nails if necessary.

Rest Before Measurement

Rest for 5 minutes before taking your measurement to ensure accuracy.

Insert Finger

Insert your finger into the device.

Take Measurement

Press the button to start the measurement. Readings may take up to 1 minute to stabilise.
