Troubleshooting Steps

Please ensure that the cuff is wrapped with the tube running along the inside of the arm. The cuff should be snug against the skin, allowing only two fingers to fit underneath (no clothing between the cuff and arm). Please ensure the arm is resting on a hard, flat surface (such as a table) at a right angle. The user should sit calmly and quietly for 5 minutes before taking a measurement. It is also advised to take the average of 3 readings to get the most accurate result, as blood pressure can fluctuate throughout the day.
