Installation Preparation
- Please prepare a carpet or mat to protect your floor. You need to spread out all the accessories. Diagram Description: Two silhouetted figures stand near a pile of wooden planks and a box, suggesting preparation for assembly.
- Please prepare a pair of gloves to avoid being scratched by sharp wooden saw-dust that may occur during installation.
- Please open all the boxes to check that the accessories are complete and in good condition (Refer to Accessories List on page 4).
- The box contains some small components; please place them properly before installation to keep them away from kids and ensure safety.
- If you need to use power tools to install this product, please set the speed to low speed in advance. Due to the characteristics of wood products, the use of high speed during installation is likely to damage the wood.

Installation Instructions
Step 1
Please note: Hardware 'A' needs to be fully tightened.

How to use it?
Attaching cam locks 'B' (x3) to panels 3 and 4. The diagram shows inserting the cam lock into a pre-drilled hole and then turning it to secure.

Option 1: Install the door on the left.
Attach left door panel (7) using screws 'E' (x2) and 'L' (x6). Connect frame 6 (x1).

Option 2: Install the door on the right.
Attach right door panel (10) using screws 'E' (x2) and 'L' (x6). Connect frame 8 (x1).

Step 12
Attach door handle 'N' (x1) to door panel 7 using screws 'O' (x2). Attach ventilation grille (11) using screws 'O' (x2).

Step 14
PLEASE NOTE: Tighten the 'I' screws first, then fasten the 'I' screws.
Option 1: Attach door panel 7 to the main structure. Use screws 'I' (x4) and circular pads 'R' (x1).

Step 15
PLEASE NOTE: Tight the '#I' screws first, after placing the door bolt in the correct position, then fasten the '#I' screws.
Attach brackets 'Q' (x2) and screws 'G' (x4) to secure the door hinges. Use screws 'I' (x8) to attach the door panels to the frame.

Step 16

Step 17
Please note: # S is an anti-falling part, please install it as much as possible for safety.
Attach anti-fall straps 'S' (x2) to the top of the dog house. Use screws 'G' (x2) to secure them.

Step 18
Please note: More stable to attach the crate to the wall.

All warranties begin on the date of delivery. All warranties are to the original purchaser from MCOMBO /EXACME ONLY.
Warranty Detail Explanation
- Mcombo will replace the defective parts or send a replacement item provided that the warranty parts have not been subjected to misuse, abuse, or improper service by the consumer, for example, damaged part arising in.
- Exclusions also include components with damage caused by:
- Contamination
- Abuse, misuse, accident or negligence
- Commercial use, or use other than normal
- Improper operation maintenance, or storage
- Mcombo will pay standard shipping rates on all warranted parts for the first year. Mcombo can also sell you the replacement part for a discount price when your item is out of warranty policy.
Return/Replacement Policy
MCOMBO: All items come with a 30-day return/replace policy. During this time, Mcombo will cover the shipping cost of return and replacement for a defective and damaged item, and provide pre-paid return labels or pick-up service.
Note: Please disassemble the item before you return it, otherwise there will be a huge cost as oversized and it could even exceed your order amount.
Important: Please do not purchase return labels for a damaged defective item by yourself.
If you have any problem to return the item, please contact Mcombo immediately; they will do their best to help you.
Mcombo is not responsible for the returns that the customer bought by mistake or changed their mind and other non-quality issues. However, Mcombo can help customers to return the items.
Note: The customer is responsible for freight costs unless the item is defective. Items returned due to being refused delivery by the customer or deemed undeliverable by freight carrier are subject to fees for a 20% re-stocking fee.
