Installation Preparation
- Prepare a carpet or mat to protect your floor and spread out all accessories.
- Prepare a pair of gloves to avoid being scratched by sharp wooden sawdust.
- Open all boxes to check that the accessories are complete and in good condition.
- The box contains small components; place them properly before installation to keep them away from children and ensure safety.
- If using power tools, set the speed to low speed in advance. High speed may damage the wood.
- When installing, align all holes and do not tighten all screws first, as this may make installation difficult.

Installation Instructions
General Note: If parts do not have pre-drilled holes, align them with pilot holes and install according to the manual. Minor deviations during installation are normal.
Step 1
Assemble side panels (B, C) and back panel (L) using screws (9).

Attach the bottom panel (A) to the side panels (B, C) using screws (7).

Attach the base frame (D) to the assembled structure using screws (4).

Attach front panels (C, A) and side panels (B) to the base, using screws (4) and (7). Ensure correct orientation of part D.

Attach side panels (with slats) using screws (2), (14), and (15). Parts #14 need to be installed on the front side.

Wall mounting: Attach parts N (wall mounting brackets) to the wall. Ensure parts marked with ✔ are used. Drill holes at the appropriate height for the cat house.

Limitations Applicable to All Warranties:
- All warranties begin on the date of delivery.
- All warranties are to the original purchaser from Mcombo /ExacMe ONLY.
Warranty Detail Explanation:
- Mcombo will replace defective parts or send a replacement item provided the parts have not been subjected to misuse, abuse, or improper service, including damage from negligence or improper operation.
- Exclusions include components with damage caused by: Contamination; Abuse, misuse, accident or negligence; Commercial use, or use other than normal; Improper operation, maintenance, or storage.
- Mcombo will pay standard shipping rates on warranted parts for the first year. Replacement parts can be purchased at a discount price when the item is out of warranty.
Return/Replacement Policy
Mcombo offers a 30-day return/replace policy for defective and damaged items. Mcombo covers shipping costs for returns and replacements and provides pre-paid return labels or pick-up service.
Note: Please disassemble the item before returning it to avoid excessive shipping costs due to oversized packaging.
Do not purchase return labels for damaged or defective items yourself. If you have any issues with returns, contact Mcombo immediately for assistance.
Mcombo is not responsible for returns due to customer mistake or change of mind on non-quality issues, but can assist in arranging pick-up service at a reasonable price.
Note: The customer is responsible for freight costs unless the item is defective and returned due to refused delivery or being undeliverable by the freight carrier, which may incur a 20% restocking fee.
