Installation Preparation

1. Prepare a carpet or mat to protect your floor. Spread out all accessories.
2. Prepare a pair of gloves to avoid being scratched by sharp wooden sawdust.
3. Open all boxes to check that accessories are complete and in good condition (refer to the Accessories List on page 5).
4. The box contains small components; place them properly before installation to keep them away from children and ensure safety.
5. If using power tools, set the speed to low speed in advance. High speed can damage the wood.
6. When installing, align all holes and do not tighten all screws first, as this may make installation difficult.

Installation Instructions

Question: How to deal with parts without holes?

Answer: Do not worry! Due to slight deviation during installation, only pilot holes are marked. Please align the parts and install them according to the manual.

Step 1

Attach legs (M, N) to side panels (L) using screws (3). Quantity: 2 sets.

Step 2

Attach side panels (E) to the base structure using screws (5) (8 pcs) and (9) (2 pcs).

Step 3

Attach front and back panels (F, G) to the base structure using screws (2) (4 pcs each).

Step 4

Assemble the main frame by connecting panels (F, G) using screws (9) (12 pcs).

Step 5

Install the backboard (A) using screws (6) (4 pcs).

Step 6

Install the bottom board (C) by flipping the previous step's assembly 90 degrees to the front. Use screws (2) (4 pcs) and (6) (2 pcs).

Attach shelf (H) using screws (7) (2 pcs).

Attach support (K) using screws (8) (2 pcs).

Attach shelf (I) using screws (7) (2 pcs).

Attach side supports (J) using screws (5) (2 pcs) and (6) (2 pcs).

Attach top panel (B) using screws (9) (4 pcs).

Step 12

Attach side panels (B) to the structure using screws (2) (6 pcs).

Attach shelf (D) using screws (2) (6 pcs) and (6) (2 pcs).

Step 14

Turn over the previous step's assembly and install the combination completed in STEP 2 onto the bottom board (C) using screws (3) (6 pcs).

Attach rollers (10) to the bottom of the unit using screws (4) (2 pcs each).

Attach mounting brackets (11) to the sides using screws (1) (4 pcs) and (4) (1 pc).

Complete the assembly using screws (11) (8 pcs) and (12) (1 pc).

FINISH. The Mcombo Wooden Cat House is now assembled.

Warranty

Limitations Applicable to All Warranties

• All warranties begin on the date of delivery.
• All warranties are to the original purchaser from Mcombo /ExacMe ONLY.

Warranty Detail Explanation

• Mcombo will replace defective parts or send a replacement item, provided the parts have not been subjected to misuse, abuse, or improper service by the consumer (e.g., damaged parts due to negligence or improper operation).
• Exclusions include components with damage caused by:
  • Contamination
  • Abuse, misuse, accident, or negligence
  • Commercial use, or use other than normal
  • Improper operation, maintenance, or storage
• Mcombo will pay standard shipping rates on all warranted parts for the first year. Replacement parts can be purchased at a discount when the item is out of warranty.

Return/Replacement Policy

MCOMBO offers a 30-day return/replace policy. During this period, Mcombo covers the shipping cost for returns and replacements of defective and damaged items, and provides pre-paid return labels or pick-up service for customer convenience.

Note: Please disassemble the item before returning it to avoid significant costs associated with oversized packages, which could exceed the order amount.

Do not purchase return labels for a damaged defective item yourself. If you encounter any issues with returning an item, please contact Mcombo immediately for assistance.

Mcombo is not responsible for returns due to buyer's mistake, change of mind, or other non-quality issues. However, Mcombo can help arrange pick-up service at a reasonable price.

Note: The customer is responsible for freight costs unless the item is defective and returned due to being refused delivery by the customer or deemed undeliverable by the freight carrier. In such cases, a 20% restocking fee may apply.
