I. Product Precautions

Make sure you read and understand this manual completely before using your MCombo Product. MCombo is not and cannot be held responsible for any damage or injury incurred due to improper or unsafe use of the MCombo Product. MCombo specifically disclaims responsibility for any bodily injury or property damage that may occur during any use that does not comply with applicable federal, state, or local laws or ordinances.

III. Installation Preparation

1. Please prepare a carpet or mat to protect your floor. You need to spread out all the accessories.
2. Please prepare a pair of gloves to avoid being scratched by sharp wooden sawdust that may occur during installation.
3. Please open all the boxes to check that the accessories are complete and in good condition (The part list is on page 4).
4. The box contains some small components; please place them properly before installation to keep them away from kids and ensure safety.
5. If you need to use power tools to install this product, please set the speed to low speed in advance. Due to the characteristics of wood products, the use of high speed during installation is probably to damage the wood.

3. Assembly Steps

Q: How to solve the hole misalignment?

A: Please do not tighten all the screws until aligning all the holes.

Step 1

Attach panel B (x1) and panel C (x1) using 4 of hardware item 1.

Note: Part 1 needs to be fully tightened.

Step 2

Attach panel J (x1) to panels B and C using 4 of hardware item 2 and 1 of hardware item 3.

Step 3

Attach panels D (x1) and E (x1) using 20 of hardware item 6 and 2 of hardware item 7. Also attach hardware item 8 (x4).

Step 4

Attach panel B to panel C using 4 of hardware item 1.

Step 5

Attach panels D and E to the structure using 4 of hardware item 2 and 1 of hardware item 3.

Step 6

Attach panels B and C using 6 of hardware item 1 and 8 of hardware item 4.

Step 7

Attach panels H (x1) and I (x1) to the structure using 4 of hardware item 2 and 1 of hardware item 3.

Step 8

Attach panel K (x1) to the structure using 2 of hardware item 2 and 4 of hardware item 5.

Step 9

Attach panel A (x1) to the top frame using 13 of hardware item 1.

Step 10

Place panel A (x1) on top of the structure and secure it using 13 of hardware item 2.

Step 11

Attach panel A to panel H using 6 of hardware item 5.

Step 12

Attach panels E (x1) and L (x2) to the structure using 32 of hardware item 9.

Step 13

Attach panels F (x2) and G (x1) using 24 of hardware item 6 and 6 of hardware item 14.

Step 14

Attach panels F (x2) and G (x1) using 24 of hardware item 6 and 6 of hardware item 8.

Step 15

Attach panels F, E, D, C, and G to the structure using 12 of hardware item 6.

Step 16

Attach latches to the doors using 12 of hardware item 6 and 6 of hardware item 7.

Step 17

Cover the holes with 4 of hardware item 15.

Step 18

Attach panels N (x3), O (x3), and S (x3) using 12 of hardware item 5.

Step 19

Slide panel Q (x3) into the designated slots.

Step 20

Attach panels P (x3) and R (x3) to the structure using 18 of hardware item 5, 12 of hardware item 10, and 12 of hardware item 13.

Step 21

Insert drawers into the crate. Attach handles (11 x6) and use hardware item 12 (x12) for attachment.

Step 23

Secure the unit to the wall using the anti-tip kit (16 x2).

V. Warranty

Notice

• For products beyond the limited manufacturer warranty period and scope, MCombo can also provide replacement service, but a basic charge will be charged according to the circumstances.
• The warranty only applies to MCombo products and does not include any accessories or enhancements.
• Warranties are only valid in the 48 contiguous United States and are contingent upon the consumer operating the product according to the corresponding instruction manual.

Consumer Warranty Limitations and Exclusions

All warranties begin on the date of delivery. All warranties are to the original purchaser from MCOMBO® ONLY.

• MCOMBO® will replace the defective parts or send replacement product provided that the warranty parts have not been subjected to misuse, abuse or improper service by the consumer, for example, damage arising in consequence of negligence or improper operation.
• Exclusions also include components with damage caused by:
  • Contamination
  • Abuse, misuse, accident, or negligence
  • Commercial use, or use other than normal
  • Improper operation, maintenance, or storage

NOTE: MCOMBO® will pay standard shipping rates on all warranted parts for the first year. MCombo can also sell replacement parts at a discount price when your product is out of warranty policy.

VI. Return/Replacement Policy

Notice

Why don't we recommend returning the item by yourself?

• Huge cost - UPS/FedEx oversize fee.
• Need you to take the box to UPS/FedEx facility.

Return/Replacement Policy

MCOMBO® is committed to taking care of its customers, offering a straightforward, hassle-free return policy. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return any item purchased from MCombo. We accept the return of items that are in new or used condition, with all original packaging and other components included. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for the price of the item.

NOTE:

• Please keep the original packaging in case the product needs to be returned. If the original packaging is not available, the newly found packaging needs to meet the following size standard: (width + height) * 2 + length < 128 inches.
• Please disassemble the product before you return it, otherwise there will be a huge cost as oversized and it could even exceed your order amount.
• Please do not purchase return labels for damaged/defective products yourself.
• If you have any problem returning the product, please contact MCombo immediately for assistance.
