Please keep this manual for future reference.

IV. Installation Preparation

1. Please prepare a carpet or mat to protect your floor. You need to spread out all the accessories.
2. Please prepare a pair of gloves to avoid being scratched by sharp wooden sawdust that may occur during installation.
3. Please open all the boxes to check that the accessories are complete and in good condition (Refer to the Accessories List on page 4).
4. The box contains some small components; please place them properly before installation to keep them away from children and ensure safety.
5. If you need to use power tools to install this product, please set the speed to low speed in advance. Due to the characteristics of wood products, the use of high speed during installation is likely to damage the wood.

VI. Installation Instruction

Step 1

Assemble the main body structure. Attach part D (side panels/doors) to parts A (main body) and B (back panel) using screws (3) x3 for each connection point. Ensure correct orientation of part D as indicated.

Step 2

Attach the feet (4) to the bottom of the assembled frame. The diagram shows four feet being attached to the corners.

Step 3

Insert the bottom panels (E) into the designated slots within the crate structure.

Attach the top panel (C) to the main structure using screws (2) x6.

Step 5

VII. Warranty

Limitations Applicable to All Warranties

All warranties begin on the date of delivery. All warranties are to the original purchaser from Mcombo / ExacMe ONLY.

VIII. Warranty Detail Explanation

• Mcombo will replace defective parts or send a replacement item provided that the warranty parts have not been subjected to misuse, abuse, or improper service by the consumer. This includes damage arising from negligence or improper operation.
• Exclusions from warranty coverage include components with damage caused by:
  • Contamination
  • Abuse, misuse, accident, or negligence
  • Commercial use, or use other than normal
  • Improper operation, maintenance, or storage
• Mcombo will pay standard shipping rates on all warranted parts for the first year. Replacement parts for items out of warranty can be purchased at a discount price.

IX. Return/Replacement Policy

Mcombo offers a 30-day return/replace policy. During this period, Mcombo covers the shipping cost for the return and replacement of defective or damaged items, and provides pre-paid return labels or pick-up service for customer convenience.

Note: Please disassemble the item before returning it to avoid significant costs associated with oversized packages.

Note: Do not purchase return labels for a damaged or defective item yourself.

If you encounter any issues with returning an item, please contact Mcombo immediately for assistance.

Mcombo is not responsible for returns due to customer mistake, change of mind, or other non-quality issues. However, Mcombo can assist customers in arranging pick-up service at a reasonable price.

Note: The customer is responsible for freight costs unless the item is defective, returned due to refused delivery by the customer, or deemed undeliverable by the freight carrier. In such cases, a 20% restocking fee may apply.
