Samsung Galaxy Unpacked Contest: Terms and Conditions

Contest Participation

Samsung India Electronics Pvt. Ltd. invites users to participate in the “Galaxy Unpacked Contest”. To enter, participants must fill out the 'Full-Form' available on Samsung.com or the Samsung Shop app, and through Samsung India's official WhatsApp handle. The contest period is from June 24th, 2025, to July 7th, 2025.

Eligibility requires participants to be residents of India (excluding residents of Tamil Nadu or those with valid proof of address/identification issued by Tamil Nadu or other states where such schemes are prohibited by law) and be 18 years of age or above. Participants need to register as a 'Full Form Hand-raiser' by completing the form on the Galaxy Unpacked Web Page on Samsung.com or the Samsung Shop during the Contest Period.

Prize Details

Participants have a chance to win Samsung eStore vouchers through a lucky draw. The prizes are as follows:

• Early Bird Lucky Draw (June 24th - June 30th): 35 winners will receive ₹10,000 Samsung eStore vouchers each.
• Main Contest Lucky Draw (July 1st - July 7th): 45 winners will receive ₹5,000 Samsung eStore vouchers each.
• Grand Prize (All registrants): 5 grand prize winners will receive ₹50,000 Samsung eStore vouchers each.

Winner Selection

Valid entries are those where users register for the Galaxy Unpacked event, fill the 'Full-Form', and answer at least one question from 1 to 6. Winners will be selected on a randomizer basis from all valid entries. The draws will be conducted by an authorized third-party agency, and their decision will be final. Results will be uploaded on social platforms or the Samsung website within 7 days of the Contest Period ending.

Multiple submissions by participants during the Contest Period will not be eligible. There will be no document verification; the third-party agency will conduct a safety check for entry validity. Winners will receive eStore voucher codes via SMS/Email/telephone.

eStore Voucher Conditions

• eStore vouchers can be redeemed on all products listed and available on Samsung Shop. Samsung is not responsible for stock unavailability due to various reasons including climatic conditions, labor unrest, insolvency, business exigencies, government decisions, or technical issues.
• eStore vouchers cannot be exchanged for other products, are non-transferable, and cannot be encashed.
• eStore voucher validity is until August 31st, 2025. Unredeemed vouchers will lapse after this date.
• Each eStore voucher can be redeemed only once. If the product value is less than the voucher value, the balance amount cannot be reused.
• Any unused balance remaining after redemption or expiration will be forfeited.

Publicity and Intellectual Property

Participants grant Samsung the right to publish and broadcast their entry, name, image, and likeness worldwide for promotional, advertising, and marketing purposes without further permission or compensation.

All rights, title, and interest in the promotional material and registrations received vest solely with Samsung. Samsung may use entry data for future promotional and marketing purposes. Participants are responsible for any infringement of copyrights or intellectual property rights and must indemnify Samsung.

General Conditions

• Participants must be legally competent to enter into contracts and provide true, correct, and complete information.
• Participants consent to Samsung and its third-party agencies contacting them via call, SMS, or email regarding the Contest.
• Samsung shall not be liable for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages arising from the Contest or prize acceptance/use.
• Participants agree to indemnify Samsung, its associated companies, and agents against any losses or liabilities arising from their acts or omissions.
• Samsung reserves the right to change, alter, or modify the terms and conditions at its discretion without prior notice.
• Samsung may substitute prizes with items of equivalent value.
• Samsung is not liable for technical delays, submission issues, computer malfunctions, or force majeure events affecting participation.
• Samsung is not responsible for stock unavailability due to various reasons.
• Samsung may disqualify entries with incomplete information or illegal content. Samsung may also decline participation if it believes it enables fraudulent or illegal purposes.
• Failure by Samsung to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver.
• Samsung shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from the Contest or its services.
• In case of any conflict, these Terms and Conditions will prevail over any other promotional material.

Contest Link and Privacy

This Contest is linked to the mobile number used when filling out the Form on the Samsung Shop. Participants must use the same mobile number for filling the Form. Details provided, including mobile number and email ID, are subject to Samsung's Privacy Policy, available at Samsung Privacy Policy. Participation implies consent to the privacy policy.

Jurisdiction

Decisions of Samsung regarding the Contest are final and binding. All disputes shall be governed by the laws of India. These Terms shall be governed by the exclusive laws of India, and the courts located in New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
