Samsung Flagship Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

By entering the Prize Draw described below (the “Prize Draw”), you (the “Participant”) agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”).

1. Promoter: Samsung Electronics (UK) Limited, Samsung House, 2000 Hillswood Drive, Chertsey KT16 0RS.
2. The Prize Draw is only open to UK residents aged 18+.
3. Employees or agents of the Promoter or anyone professionally connected to the Promotion is not eligible to enter.
4. No purchase is necessary to enter.
5. The Prize Draw will open at 00:01 BST on 24th June 2025 and close at 23:59 BST on 08th July 2025 (the "Prize Draw Period").
6. There are ten (10) prizes to be won in total during the Prize Draw, each consisting of a £1,000 Samsung.com voucher.
7. The Prize carries no cash value, is non-transferable and may not be substituted by the winners. The Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value for any Prize.
8. To enter, Participants must pre-register for the latest news and events for the upcoming flagship launch. Participants can do this via the link in the pre-register email or push notification with one click, or via the Members App Benefits section, or via the Samsung.com website by adding their details and registering at https://www.samsung.com/uk/unpacked (an “Entry”).
9. Maximum of one (1) entry per Participant.
10. The winners of the Prizes will be the ten (10) Participants selected at random from all Entries received by the Promoter during the Prize Draw Period in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
11. All winners will be notified by 23:59 BST on 24th July 2025 via the email linked to their entry. The Prize will be included in the notification email and will be valid until 23:59 BST on 22nd August 2025.
12. The Promoter will send the surname and country of the winners to anyone who writes to the Promoter within one month after the closing date of the Competition requesting details of the winners.
13. By entering the Promotion, Participants consent to their personal information being used by the Promoter for the purposes of operating this Promotion and acknowledge the Promoter reserves the right to publish the surnames and counties of all winners. Participants reserve the right to withdraw their consent at any time by visiting https://www.samsung.com/uk/info/privacy.html or by writing to the Promoter. In such circumstances, only the county of the Participant will be made available. The Promoter must still provide information to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
14. Samsung excludes liability, to the fullest extent permitted by law for any loss or damage arising from or in connection with the Promotion or with the acceptance or possession of any Prize.
15. The Promoter will not be responsible or liable for: (a) any failure to receive Entries due to transmission failures and other conditions beyond its reasonable control; (b) any late, lost, misrouted, or damaged transmissions or entries; (c) any computer or communications related malfunctions or failures; (d) any disruptions, losses or damages caused by events beyond the control of the Promoter; or (e) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Prize Draw.
16. All Prizes are subject to current tax laws, and may be considered to be a taxable benefit to those who have Participated and won.
17. Entry into the Promotion signifies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
18. The Promoter reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time.
