Samsung Live Commerce Lucky Draw - Terms & Conditions

Samsung India Electronics Pvt. Ltd. (“Samsung”) is pleased to announce a 'Live Commerce lucky draw offer'. 400 lucky winners who purchase either the Galaxy Fold 7, Galaxy Flip 7, or Galaxy Flip FE ("Device") during the Live Commerce event (from 9th July, 9:00 PM to 12th July, 11:59 PM IST) after making full payment, will be eligible for a lucky draw. Each winner will receive a ₹10,000/- Samsung.com voucher (“Voucher”). This offer is strictly limited to one unit per customer. Once the 400 winners are announced via a randomizer, the ₹10,000/- Voucher will be sent to them via their registered shipping email ID.

The offer period is from 9th July, 09:00 PM to 12th July, 11:59 PM.

To be eligible, customers must be residents of India (excluding residents of Tamil Nadu or those with valid Proof of Address/Identity from Tamil Nadu or any other state where such offers are prohibited by law), be 18 years of age or above, and purchase the Device (Galaxy Fold 7, Flip 7, or Flip FE) during the Offer Period from the Samsung Shop app or Samsung.com/in/m-web. Failure to meet these criteria will deem the customer ineligible for the lucky draw.

Selection of Winner

Winners will be selected through a randomizer based on all valid entries.
The draws will be conducted by an authorized third-party agency, whose decision will be final. No claims will be entertained in this regard.
The offer announcement will be made at the start of the Live commerce event on 9th July at 09:00 PM. Vouchers will be shared with winners after successful delivery and the expiry of the return period, by 15th August 2025.
The ₹10,000 Voucher can be redeemed to purchase any product listed on the Samsung Shop app or Samsung.com/in/m-web. The Voucher is valid until 30th September 2025. It can be redeemed only once. If the purchase amount is less than ₹10,000, the remaining balance cannot be reused. Any unused balance in the voucher after redemption or expiration will be automatically forfeited and will not be refunded, re-issued, or re-activated.

Documents for Prize Availment

Participants selected as winners must submit the following documents within 5 days of being notified (via telephone/SMS/email) to enable verification:

Name, Address, Contact number, Alternate Mobile number, email ID
Copy of PAN card
Valid Proof of Address & Proof of Identity (e.g., Voter ID, Driving License, Electricity bill not older than 6 months)
Bank Details (IFSC Code and Account number)
Any other document as informed or required by Samsung

Verification and Contacting Winners

Submitted documents will be verified by Samsung directly or through its authorized third-party agency.
Eligible winners will be informed via telephone/SMS/email as submitted during participation. Call centers will contact winners from Monday to Friday, between 9:30 AM and 5:30 PM IST.
Entries with documents found to be false or fabricated will be disqualified, and no claims will be entertained.

Publicity

Samsung is granted the right, in perpetuity, to publish and broadcast anywhere in the world, for editorial, advertising, promotional, marketing, or other purposes, and in any media, the Participant's and/or Winner's entry (in part or full), their name, image, likeness, and/or photograph (except where prohibited by law), without any further permission, consent, or consideration, including royalty.

Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, title, and interest, including Intellectual Property Rights in the promotional material and all registrations received, shall vest solely and exclusively with Samsung. Samsung may use the database of entries or any information for future promotional, marketing, and publicity purposes without further reference or payment. Participants are solely responsible for any consequences arising from copyright infringement or intellectual property rights violations and agree to indemnify Samsung against any such claims.

General Conditions

Participants represent and warrant that they are legally competent to enter into binding contracts and that all submitted information is true, correct, accurate, and complete.
Participation signifies consent to Samsung and/or its third-party agency to contact participants via call, SMS, or email regarding this offer, without any claims or complaints against them.
Samsung shall not be liable for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the offer or prize acceptance or use.
Participants agree to indemnify Samsung, its associated companies, event management company, and their respective personnel against any losses, claims, injuries, costs, fines, penalties, taxes, charges, and liabilities arising from their act of omission, commission, fraud, negligence, or misconduct.
Samsung reserves the right to change, alter, or modify the terms and conditions at its sole discretion without prior notice or reason.
Samsung reserves the right to substitute prizes with items of equivalent value at its sole discretion without giving any reasons.
Samsung is not responsible for non-availability of stock or prizes due to climatic conditions, labor unrest, insolvency, business exigencies, or operational/technical issues.
Samsung reserves the right to disqualify or cancel entries with incomplete information or illegal content (racist, sexist, defamatory) or for any other reason without notice. Samsung may decline or cancel participation if it believes the participation is for a fraudulent or illegal purpose.
Failure by Samsung to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
Samsung shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from the offer or its services.
Samsung is not responsible for any product or service liability.
In case of any conflict or inconsistency between these terms and any advertising or promotional material, these Terms shall prevail.

Jurisdiction

Decisions made by Samsung regarding the offer and related matters are final and binding. All disputes will be governed by the laws of India. These Terms are governed by the exclusive laws of India, and the courts in New Delhi will have exclusive jurisdiction over all subject matter related to the offer.

When purchasing the Device, customers must provide their mobile number and email ID to be eligible for the offer. All provided information is subject to Samsung's Privacy Policy, available at https://www.samsung.com/in/info/privacy/. Participation in this offer signifies consent to Samsung's privacy policy.
