Samsung Galaxy Summer Draw: Terms and Conditions

Organizer of the Draw

The organizer of the Draw is Samsung Electronics Israel Ltd., Company Number 514797851, with its address for the Draw: Aharon Bart 22, Petah Tikva (the "Company" or "Draw Organizer" and "Company Offices" respectively).

Supervisor

The Draw is conducted in accordance with the General Permit for Conducting Lotteries for Commercial Advertising under the Penal Law, 1977 (the "General Permit"), by the Company and under the supervision of Adv. Tali Yavin-Sursky, from the law firm Meitar, 16 Aba Hillel St., Ramat Gan, Tel: 03-6103944, Fax: 03-6103111 (the "Supervisor").

Participation Requirements

Only a person who has met all the following conditions by the end of the registration period will be eligible to participate in the Draw (as defined in Sections 4.2-4.1 below) (the "Participant"):

1. A private individual, resident and/or citizen of Israel, or a person holding a legal residency permit in Israel, who is eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of participation in the Draw.
2. Registered via pre-order registration to receive details about the devices on the website or in an advertisement during the registration period (as defined in these terms and as detailed in Section 4.1 below).
3. Met all the conditions detailed in these terms and conditions.

The Draw and Participation Method

1. A Participant wishing to register for the Draw must pre-register to receive details about the Company's new series of Galaxy mobile devices, to be launched in June-July 2025 (the "Devices"), on the Draw's page on the Company's website at: https://www.samsung.com/il/unpacked (the "Website") or via a dedicated advertisement for the Draw, which includes a registration form for the Draw, to be published by the Company on the following channels: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X (formerly Twitter), and WhatsApp (the "Advertisement"), and fill in their personal details, including their email address (the "Email Address"), according to the instructions that will appear on the website or in the advertisement (as applicable), starting from Sunday, 29/06/2025 at 02:00 until Thursday, 09/07/2025 at 17:00 (the "Registration Period").
2. On Thursday, 24/07/2025 at 10:00 (the "Draw Date"), the Draw Organizer will hold a draw at the Company's offices among the email addresses of the Participants, as filled out during the pre-order registration on the website and in the advertisement (as per Section 4.1 above), using computer software and randomly (the "Draw").
3. The Supervisor will prepare minutes noting the number of participants in the Draw, the details of the prize winner (as defined in Section 6.1 below), and any other detail deemed necessary (the "Draw Minutes").
4. The Draw Minutes, signed by a representative of the Draw Organizer and the Supervisor, will constitute conclusive evidence of the Draw's results and proceedings. The Draw Minutes are not subject to appeal or objection.

Draw Period

1. The Draw period will be from Sunday, 29/06/2025, until Thursday, 24/07/2025 (inclusive) (the "Draw Period").
2. The Company reserves the right to cancel the Draw or any related activity at any time at its sole discretion. The Company may also postpone the Draw Period and/or the Draw Date for any reason, including technical reasons.

Winner and Prize

1. The Draw will award two (2) prizes: two new Galaxy devices with 256GB storage. Each winner will receive one prize.
2. Two participants who have met the participation conditions detailed in these terms and conditions, complied with all the provisions of these terms, and whose email addresses are drawn first in the Draw (the "Winner") will win the prizes, subject to the availability of stock from the Draw Organizer (the "Prizes").

Notification of Win and Prize Receipt

1. Within five (5) days of the Draw Date, the Company will notify the Winner of their win (the "Win Notification"), and the prize will be delivered within ten (10) days of the Draw Date.
2. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Draw Organizer will allow the Winner to receive the prize at the Company's offices or at any other location communicated to the Winner within thirty (30) days from the date of the Win Notification or the publication of the Draw results, whichever is later.
3. The Winner will be required to fill out a prize receipt form in the format attached as Appendix A to these terms and conditions. The Winner undertakes to provide only their personal details and not to disclose any details of a third party.

Publication Regarding Participants and/or Winner

1. The Participant acknowledges and agrees that the Company may publish their name, photograph, address, and any other known details, in the manner and at the times determined at the Company's discretion. It is clarified that the Company may choose not to photograph and/or publish at all.
2. The Company may publish the win in any manner it chooses, including using the Winner's name in various written and electronic media.
3. Without derogating from the foregoing, the publication of the Draw results and the name of the Winner drawn shall be in addition to the publication required by the General Permit.
4. Furthermore, the Participant agrees and confirms that the Company may retain the details provided by them and any additional information accumulated about them in its databases, for the purpose of performing, from time to time, actions such as contacting them, advertising, providing direct mailing services, by the Company and/or its representatives and/or other parties, collecting information about them and using it, including storing, transferring, and sharing it, by the Company and/or its representatives and/or other parties, for statistical purposes and/or for conducting transactions of any kind with customers and third parties, and for other commercial purposes, without any compensation.

General Provisions

The following additional provisions shall apply to the Draw, the Draw conducted herein, and these terms and conditions:

1. The win is personal. The prize cannot be transferred, in whole or in part, to another party.
2. By participating in the Draw, the Participant confirms that they are aware that their participation in the Draw is subject to all terms and conditions or reservations contained in these terms.
3. The Company shall not be liable for any taxes related to the prize distribution. If the prize incurs tax payments, the taxes shall be borne solely by the Winner.
4. By participating in the Draw and the Draw itself, the Participant agrees, confirms, and declares that they have read these terms and conditions and undertake to abide by their provisions, and by participating, the Participant agrees that these terms and conditions shall apply to them and bind them in all respects.
5. In case of any discrepancy or contradiction between the provisions of these terms and conditions and what is stated in an advertisement or any other public information, whether by the Company or by an authorized party on its behalf, the provisions of these terms and conditions shall prevail.
6. These terms and conditions will be available for viewing at the Company's offices and on the website. A copy of these terms and conditions can be obtained during the Company's regular business hours. Wherever the masculine gender is used in these terms and conditions, it shall also refer to the feminine gender.
7. Participation in the Draw is prohibited for the Draw Organizer, the Supervisor, as well as their managers, partners, employees, and their family members.
8. The Company may, at any time, postpone and/or cancel the Draw and/or change any of the terms of the Draw detailed in these terms and conditions, including the Draw date, the number of prizes available for distribution and/or their nature, the date and terms of prize distribution, or take any other action as it deems appropriate. Any such action shall be considered an addition to these terms and shall bind every participant.
9. Without derogating from the foregoing, participants confirm that they are aware that the conduct of the Draw may depend, among other things, on the proper functioning of computer systems and other factors, including but not limited to, the proper functioning of the Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, and X networks, which are beyond the control of the Draw Organizer and the Supervisor. Therefore, the Company may, at its discretion, discontinue the Draw, in whole or in part, from time to time, if factors arise that disrupt or prevent the proper conduct of the Draw. For the avoidance of doubt, the Participant shall have no claim or right whatsoever regarding actions taken by the Company due to such a malfunction or error, or regarding any direct or indirect damage, including direct or indirect expenses, incurred by them due to such actions.
10. In no event shall the Participant or the Winner have any claim, demand, or allegation against the Draw Organizer, the Supervisor, or any other body related to the Draw, or anyone on their behalf, concerning any matter related, directly or indirectly, to the Draw and the Draw conducted therein, including, without limitation, all matters related to the drawing process and prize receipt.
11. For the avoidance of doubt, the Company's records shall constitute conclusive evidence regarding the submission and/or receipt of participant details within the framework of this Draw (including regarding the pre-order registration process) and/or regarding the participant drawn in the Draw, and no claim shall be made regarding the accuracy and/or inaccuracy and/or correctness of the aforementioned details and/or the non-receipt of their data for participation in the Draw.
12. It is clarified and emphasized that the prize cannot be exchanged or converted into another product, cash, cash equivalent, or any other benefit, other than as expressly stated in these terms and conditions.
13. It is clarified that the Draw is not associated with, sponsored, supported, or managed by Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, or X, or any of their representatives. Any information provided by the Participant will be provided to the Company and/or its representatives, and the Participant and/or their representatives shall have no claim, lawsuit, or demand against Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, or X, or any of their representatives, in connection with the Draw.
14. Without derogating from the foregoing, the Participant undertakes towards the Company that during their participation in the Draw, they will not violate the terms of use of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, or X in connection with their participation in the Draw.
15. The Supervisor's report regarding the Draw will be sent to the Supervisor of Lotteries at the Ministry of Finance within sixty (60) days of the end of the Draw Period.
16. Without derogating from the provisions of these terms and conditions, the Draw will be conducted in accordance with the terms of the General Permit.
17. The governing law for these terms and conditions and all that arises from them is the Israeli law exclusively. The exclusive and sole jurisdiction for any matter related to this Draw shall be the competent court in the city of Tel Aviv.

Appendix A - Winner's Commitment to the Prize

I, the undersigned, hereby declare, confirm, and undertake that:

• Within the framework of the Draw: "Summer Draw for Pre-order Registration for the New Galaxy Devices – June-July 2025", I have been identified as one of the winners of the Draw.
• By signing this document, I confirm that I have received the prize and have no claims against the Company regarding the prize, its nature, or its quality.
• I declare that I have read the Draw's terms and conditions and undertake to act in accordance with them.
• I declare that my participation in the Draw, including the publication of my details as a winner of the Draw in the written and electronic media, has been done with my full consent.
• I declare and confirm that I have no and will have no claims, demands, or lawsuits against the Company and/or its representatives regarding my win and/or anything arising from my win.
• I hereby release the Company and/or its managers and/or its representatives, finally and completely, from any claim, demand, or lawsuit as mentioned, regarding my win in the Draw or anything arising from it.
• Subject to the provisions of any law, the Draw Organizer and/or its representatives shall not be liable for any damage of any kind or type whatsoever, direct or indirect, caused to me, as a result of receiving and/or using the prize, and I and/or my representatives shall have no claim, demand, or lawsuit against the Draw Organizer regarding the aforementioned.
