Samsung India Electronics Pvt. Ltd. presents a special pre-reserve offer for new Samsung Galaxy devices. This offer allows customers to receive an E-Voucher upon pre-reserving an eligible device.
The pre-reserve period is from 24th June 2025, 4:30 AM to 9th July 2025, 7 PM, or until pre-orders commence. Customers who purchase a VIP Pass for ₹1999 are eligible for a Samsung E-store voucher valued up to ₹5999. This E-Voucher can be redeemed on the Samsung website or the Samsung Shop App for specific add-on products as detailed in the annexures.
Eligible devices include New Galaxy Foldable series (FOLD7/FLIP7/FLIP7 R) and New Galaxy Watch series (Watch8/Watch8 Classic). The pre-reserve benefit is limited to one per mobile number across all categories. For multiple product purchases, separate pre-reservations with different mobile numbers are required.
The process for redeeming the E-Voucher involves completing the pre-reserve journey within the specified period. Customers will receive the E-Voucher via email after successful pre-reservation. The voucher can be redeemed along with any pre-book offers available for the eligible device.
It is important to note that the E-Voucher can only be redeemed once for add-on products. Any unused balance will be forfeited. Failure to redeem the E-Voucher during the specified redemption period will result in its forfeiture. Shipping of the eligible device and add-on product may occur separately.
The ₹1999 paid for the pre-reserve will be adjusted against the purchase value of the eligible device. In case of customer-initiated cancellation of a pre-reserve or pre-book order, a cancellation fee may apply, and the E-Voucher benefit will not be refunded if already redeemed. Samsung reserves the right to modify or withdraw the offer at any time.
