Introduction
The modern YOSHIDA Pro-Spray LCD nail drill is ideally suited for use in beauty salons or podiatry practices. Its distinctive metal housing and practical plastic elements contribute to its unique appearance. The sturdy handle on the top of the unit allows for easy carrying.
The handpiece is known from the Marathon brand, constructed from metal alloys and various plastic components. It is lightweight, vibration-free, and fits perfectly in the hand.
The illuminated liquid container has a capacity of 250 ml. It is very easy to remove, clean, and refill. The liquid is directed through a hose connected to the side. The spray nozzle connected to the handpiece is easily accessible during treatment. Adjust the spray intensity using the dial. Turn the spray on or off using the on-screen button.

Preparation for Use

- Turn the ring half a turn as shown by the arrow.
- Insert the cutter fully.
- Turn the ring (as shown by the arrow) to securely lock the cutter.
- Connect the handpiece plug to the corresponding socket on the base unit and the water hose to the water supply socket.

Connect the unit to the mains power supply.
Turn on the router by touching the POWER button (⚡). The nail drill starts with a factory preset speed of 15. You can then start the nail drill using the 'Start / Pause' button (▶️/⏸️) on the screen or the foot pedal.

Speed Adjustment
Speed adjustment is possible in standby mode or during use. The adjustment range is from 10 to 40. To set the desired speed, press the ◀️ or ▶️ buttons on the screen.
User Settings (M1 Button)
The M1 button is for setting and saving individual user presets. Click the M1 button and enter the parameter settings.
This function allows saving up to 6 types of settings, each with different speed settings and rotation directions, and activating the spray function.

1. Select Saved User Settings
Press [M1] to enter the work program selection menu, which displays M1-M6.
Press [M1] once; it will turn orange, indicating that a saved program is selected. Then, press the return button (↩️) in the top right corner to view the work parameters.
2. Saving User Settings
In the work program selection, press [M1]. The screen will display user setting M1.
Press [M1] once; it will turn orange. Then, set the desired work parameters.
Press the 'Save' button (?) located in the bottom right corner. It will turn blue, indicating that the work parameters have been saved. Then, click the return button (↩️) in the top right corner.
Head Rotation Directions
You can select clockwise or counter-clockwise rotation for the handpiece.
Spray Function Switch
Toggle the spray function on/off.
Animated Display Window
This window shows the operation of the router head. Clicking the window starts or stops the operation.
Using the Nail Drill
- Take the nail drill handpiece.
- Configure settings, direction, check spray function, or select a suitable program.
- Press the spray button and set the water spray intensity using the spray regulator.
- Start the nail drill using the START/PAUSE button (▶️/⏸️) on the screen or the foot pedal. (Note: Initially, air under pressure will be released from the spray, and water will spray after approximately 10 seconds).
- Carefully place the cutter on the nail. The spray will wash away nail dust. During operation, adjust the water spray volume using the dial. Wear protective goggles when using the cutter.
System Settings
1. Change Password
Turn on the device. The work screen will appear. Press and hold the pause button (⏸️) for 3 seconds. The settings panel will appear.

Press [Change Password] and enter the old password. The system will display a box to enter the new password. (If the entered password is not correct, a password prompt will appear).
Enter the new password; you will be prompted to confirm it. If an incorrect password is entered twice, enter the new password again. The password must consist of 4 digits.
Usage Time Check
You can check the total operating time of the device by holding the START/PAUSE button (▶️/⏸️) for 3 seconds.
The settings panel will appear. Click [Used time] to display the total accumulated operating time.
To reset the total operating time, press the [Reset] button. A field for entering the password will appear. If the correct password is entered, the operating time will be reset.
Press [Continue] to return to the settings without resetting the time. If an incorrect password is entered, it must be re-entered.
Language Selection
Turn on the device. The work screen will appear. Press and hold the pause button (⏸️) for 3 seconds. The settings panel will appear.

Turn on the base unit. If a 'Welcome!' message appears, press the START/PAUSE button (▶️/⏸️) for 3 seconds. The settings panel will appear.
Click [user manual] to display the user manual menu. Attention:
- Before turning on the router base, connect the handpiece with the installed cutter.
- Do not install parts that are not suitable for the machine.
- Use the machine as intended.
- Avoid overloading the machine, especially do not operate at maximum speed for extended periods. Otherwise, the head may be damaged.
- Keep the machine away from children.
- Keep the work area clean.
- Apply sufficient force to the cutter. Overloading can damage the nail drill.
Troubleshooting

Tips to Maximize Nail Drill Lifespan
- Do not use bent or damaged cutters.
- Overload caused by damaged cutters will quickly destroy the bearings.
- Wash cutter shafts before use if grease or other substances cause them to stick to the spindle; a dirty cutter can cause vibration, poor spindle power, or other irregularities.
- Always insert the cutter fully into the clamp.
Safety Measures
- The device is a professional device intended for cosmetic procedures. Use by qualified cosmetologists only prevents adverse effects during treatment.
- Do not disassemble or attempt to use the device for purposes other than those specified in this user manual. All maintenance and repair work must be performed only by an authorized service technician (ACTIVESHOP Sp. z o.o.).
- Do not install or use the device near liquids, in wet places, or with wet hands – so that liquids do not enter the device.
- In the following cases, immediately unplug the device and contact ACTIVESHOP OÜ's authorized service: (a) liquid has entered the device, (b) the device emits a strange odor, smoke, or makes strange noises, (c) the power cord is damaged, (d) the device has fallen or its casing is damaged.
- Do not place any objects on the cords. Do not place the device where someone might step on the power cord.
- For safety, unplug the power cord from the socket every time you finish working with the device.
- Do not insert anything into the device's openings. If a foreign object enters an opening, unplug the cable and contact the dealer or manufacturer.
- Do not place the device on an unstable cart, shelf, or vehicle. The device may be damaged if it falls.
- To ensure the indicated service life of the device, it is recommended to observe a one-minute interval before pressing the power button again (switching on and off, and vice versa).
- The power supply must comply with the specifications on the type plate. Otherwise, there is a risk that the device will not work properly, will be damaged, or even burn out.

- In case of damage to the power cord or other malfunctions, contact an authorized service center to avoid danger.
- This device can be used by children aged 8 and over, and persons with reduced physical and mental abilities and persons lacking experience and knowledge of the device, provided that supervision or guidance is ensured for safe use of the device to understand the associated hazards.
- Devices are not intended for children to play with. Do not allow children to play with the device.
- Do not leave the device unattended if children or persons not sufficiently aware of its use are nearby.
- This electrical device is not a toy. Improper use or contact with the electrical device may endanger health or cause death, therefore the device should be used and stored out of reach of children.

Handpiece User Manual
1. Features
- A dust cover is installed to prevent dust from entering the machine.
- Precisely engineered spindle for smooth and vibration-free operation.
- The head can be disinfected in autoclaves up to 135 °C.
- The head is compatible with any E-type motor.
2. Installing Cutters
Turn the cutter locking ring in the direction of the black arrow to open the clamp. Insert the cutter into the clamp.
Maintenance
Use Panaspray nail drill maintenance fluid or an alcohol-free disinfectant for head maintenance.
Device Disposal
Dispose of used electrical equipment, fasteners, and packaging at recycling centers in accordance with environmental protection principles. Electrical equipment must not be disposed of in household waste containers. Follow the regulations for this type of equipment disposal. For environmental protection, in accordance with Directive 2012/19/EU concerning waste electrical and electronic equipment, used electrical equipment must be collected separately and handed over to collection points for used electronics and electrical equipment. Old equipment also contains fully recyclable components at the end of its service life and should therefore be returned for recycling. They must be handed over to appropriate collection points and can also be handed over to ACTIVESHOP OÜ.
Storage and Transport
The device must be transported at a temperature between (-) 20 °C and (+) 50 °C only in the original packaging. The device should be stored in a well-ventilated room where the relative humidity does not exceed 75%. The operating temperature is between (+) 10 °C and (+) 40 °C. During storage and transport, the device should not be dropped or thrown, nor exposed to mechanical shocks or weather conditions.
