Assembly Instructions
IMPORTANT: Read all instructions BEFORE assembly and USE of product. KEEP INSTRUCTIONS FOR FUTURE USE.
Adult assembly is required.
- Step 1: Unzip the carry bag and remove the playard frame. Undo the two (2) fasten straps and set the mattress aside. Ensure the center handle is not pushed down yet. Diagram shows unzipping the bag and removing the playard frame.
- Step 2: Erect all four (4) top rails fully. Pull up one rail at a time, holding each side, and pull sharply upwards. Do not pull from the middle where the center latch release is. Ensure both tubes latch into place and each rail is rigid. The center handle MUST remain raised (approx. 45.7 cm / 18 inches) while locking the side rails. If the center is not raised, the rails will not lock. If difficulty occurs, squeeze the release in the center to unlock. Diagrams illustrate pulling up the top rails until they lock into place, showing the center handle mechanism.
- Step 3: Once all four (4) top rails are locked, push down on the center handle. The center mechanism will rotate 90 degrees clockwise and lock automatically. Test each top rail by pushing down slightly to confirm rigidity and secure placement. Diagrams show pushing down the center handle and testing rail rigidity.
- Step 4: Place the mattress on the playard floor with the padded side facing up. Diagram shows placing the mattress onto the playard floor.
- Step 5: Insert the Velcro® straps from the underside of the mattress through the slots in the playard floor at each end. Fasten the straps to the underside of the playard floor to secure the mattress. Diagrams show inserting Velcro straps through slots to secure the mattress.
- Step 6: To operate the brakes on the wheels, press down on the brake levers. To release, lift the lever upwards. Diagram shows operating the wheel brakes.
- Step 7: Release the two (2) Velcro® straps holding the mattress. Rotate the center handle counter-clockwise 90 degrees and raise the center as high as the top rails. Gather the legs and wheels towards the center. Diagrams illustrate releasing straps and rotating the center handle to fold the playard.
- Step 8: Locate the rail latch release in the center and bottom side of each rail. Squeeze the lever with two hands until the rail releases the two tubes, then push down. If rails do not release completely, DO NOT FORCE; lift the center of the floor higher. Diagrams show locating the latch release and pushing down to fold the rails.
- Step 9: Gather all four (4) corners and the center tightly. Wrap the mattress around the playard frame with the padded side facing inward. Secure the two (2) hook and loop straps by feeding them through the loops on the end of the mattress and folding them back. Diagrams show gathering corners, wrapping the mattress, and securing it.
- Step 10: Place the folded playard into the carry bag. Diagram shows placing the folded playard into the carry bag.
- Step 11 (Bassinet Assembly): Connect the opposing mattress support tubes attached to the bottom of the bassinet. Ensure tubes are connected before placing the mattress. Diagrams show connecting bassinet support tubes.
- Step 12 (Bassinet Placement): Position the bassinet over and down into the fully assembled playard. Secure by pushing down firmly on each plastic support clip until snapped into place. Diagrams show positioning and securing the bassinet onto the playard.
- Step 13 (Bassinet Mattress): Place the mattress into the bassinet with the padded side facing upward. Fasten tabs underneath the mattress to secure it. Diagrams show placing the mattress into the bassinet and securing it.
- Step 14 (Changing Table Assembly): Connect the two (2) Long Curved Bars together. Insert these bars into the changing table fabric sleeve. Connect the two (2) Short Bars to each end of the Long Curved Bar, ensuring knobs face down and in the same direction. Diagrams illustrate assembling the changing table frame.
- Step 15 (Changing Table Attachment): Insert Connector Knob Prongs into playard corners. Turn knobs counter-clockwise to lock. Flip the changing table onto the playard and snap the two (2) buttons on the flap down onto the playard. Ensure the changing table is securely installed before each use. Diagrams show attaching the changing table to the playard and securing it.
- Step 16-18 (Securing Changing Table): Locate Velcro straps on the changing table and playard side rails. Flip the changing table to its upper position. Secure the changing table to the playard frame by fastening the Velcro straps. Diagrams show securing the changing table with Velcro straps.
- Step 19 (Changing Table Restraint): Place child on the changing table, ensuring hands/arms are clear of restraint. Bring restraint around child's waist and clip buckle ends. Tighten strap snugly but do not overtighten. To remove, unsnap buckle. Diagrams show using the changing table restraint system.
- Step 20 (Removing Changing Table): Flip changing table to outside of playard. Unsnap fabric flap. Twist connector knobs clockwise to unlock. Remove changing table and disconnect bars. Diagrams show removing the changing table from the playard.
- Step 21 (Parent Organizer/Diaper Stacker): Position organizer hooks. Connect organizer/stacker to playard top rail by sliding clips over an open portion. Diagrams show attaching the parent organizer or diaper stacker.
- Step 22 (Mobile Assembly - Lower Arm): Insert the Mobile Lower Arm into the Mobile Arm Holder until they lock together. Diagrams illustrate assembling the mobile's lower arm and holder.
- Step 23 (Mobile Assembly - Upper Arm): Insert the Mobile Upper Curved Arm into the Mobile Lower Arm until locked together. Diagrams illustrate attaching the mobile's upper arm.
- Step 24 (Wind Up Mobile Attachment): Attach the wind-up mechanism to the Tri-shaped Arm, aligning slots and pressing pieces together. Diagrams show attaching the wind-up mechanism to the mobile arm.
- Step 25 (Mobile Toy Attachment): Snap the wind-up/tri-shaped arm onto the Upper Curved Arm. Connect toys by threading strings into arm slots. Diagrams show attaching toys to the mobile.
- Step 26 (Mobile Arm Placement): Insert the bottom of the Mobile Arm into the playard frame. Diagram shows inserting the mobile arm into the playard frame.
- Step 27 (Music Center Attachment): Attach the Music Center to the playard's long rail. Diagrams show attaching the music center.
- Music Center Operation: Requires 4 AA batteries. Install batteries as shown. Press MUSIC button for songs, NATURE for nature sounds, SLEEP for sleep music. Use buttons to change songs/sounds. Two buttons control volume. Diagrams show music center functions and battery installation.
