Product Overview
Power ON/OFF
Utilize the power switch to turn the speaker on or off.
Note: Playtime varies according to the volume level.
Speaker Controls and Inputs
The speaker features a variety of controls and input ports for versatile usage. A diagram illustrates the layout:
Top Panel Controls:
- Control 1: Decrease '-' Button: Short press to decrease volume/bass/treble/mic/echo/guitar levels. Long press for quick decrease.
- Control 2: Increase '+' Button: Short press to increase volume/bass/treble/mic/echo/guitar levels. Long press for quick increase.
- Control 3: Bass/Treble Control: Short press to switch between Bass and Treble adjustment. The display shows 'b' for Bass and 'E' for Treble. Use the '+' or '-' buttons to adjust the selected tone.
- Control 4: Echo/Guitar/MIC Volume Button: Short press to cycle through Echo, Guitar, and Microphone volume adjustments. The display shows 'E' for Echo, 'C' for Guitar, and 'n' for Microphone. Use the '+' or '-' buttons to adjust the selected volume.
- Control 5: TF Card Input: Slot for inserting a TF (TransFlash) memory card.
- Control 6: USB Input: Port for inserting a USB flash drive.
- Control 7: AUX Input: Port for connecting an audio device via an Aux cable.
- Control 8: Guitar Input: Port for connecting an electric guitar.
- Control 9: Mic Input 1: Port for connecting the first microphone.
- Control 10: Mic Input 2: Port for connecting the second microphone.
- Charging Indicator: LED light to indicate charging status.
- MODE Button: Short press to select input mode (Bluetooth, USB, TF, FM, AUX). Long press to clear Bluetooth history or switch EQ back to Normal/Music/Treble/Bass settings.
- EQ/REC Button: Short press to select EQ effect. Long press to start recording microphone voice and music (requires flash memory or TF card). Press again to stop recording and play the recording. Long press again to stop playback.
- Play/Pause Button: Short press to play or pause music. Long press to activate TWS (True Wireless Stereo) function.
- Next Track Button: Short press to skip to the next track.
- Previous Track Button: Short press to go to the previous track.
- BT Button: Short press to switch to Bluetooth mode. Long press to disconnect Bluetooth. Press again to reconnect Bluetooth mode.
- Master Volume Knob: Turn clockwise to increase volume, counter-clockwise to decrease volume.
- Repeat Button: Short press to select repeat mode (all or one) when using USB or TF card.
- LED Lights Button: Long press to turn RGB lights on/off. Short press to cycle through LED light modes.
Side Panel Controls:
- Control 21: AC Input: Port for connecting the power cable.
- Control 22: Power Button: Turns the unit on or off.
Operating Instructions
Source Change
Short press the MODE button on the product to change the audio source between Bluetooth, AUX, USB, or Micro SD (TF card).
Bass/Treble Adjustment
Press the '+' or '-' buttons to adjust the equalization by increasing or decreasing the level of bass/treble tones. Use the Bass/Treble Control button (Control 3) to select which tone to adjust.
LED Effects
After turning on the device, press the LED Lights button (Control 20) to choose different LED light modes or to turn them off/on.
Sound Effects & Recording
To record: Insert a flash memory or TF card into the respective slots. Long press the REC button (part of Control 16) on the control panel to record microphone voice and music. Long press the REC button again to stop recording and play the recorded audio. Long press once more to stop playback.
Bluetooth Connectivity
- Short press the MODE or BT button (Control 17) until the LED display shows 'BT'.
- The Bluetooth icon on the LED display will flash, indicating pairing mode. Ensure your device is also in pairing mode and search for 'PartyPal 390' in its device list.
- The Bluetooth icon will stop flashing and remain solid when pairing is complete.
Note: The speaker will automatically re-pair with the last connected device when it is within range and Bluetooth is enabled on the device. Music will play from the device connected via Bluetooth.
TWS (True Wireless Stereo) Connection
- Ensure both speakers are powered on and in Bluetooth mode.
- Connect your primary speaker to your Bluetooth device.
- On the primary speaker, long press the Play/Pause button (Control 13) until a tone indicates it has entered TWS pairing mode. Audio will then play through both speakers.
Note:
- Once paired in TWS mode, the speakers will automatically re-pair if turned on within effective range.
- Short press the 'TWS' function (often integrated with Play/Pause or a dedicated button if available, though not explicitly numbered as TWS) to disconnect TWS mode.
- For optimal TWS performance, keep the two speakers within approximately 5 meters of each other in open spaces.
AUX Mode
- Connect a compatible device using a 3.5mm stereo jack cable.
- Select AUX mode by pressing the MODE button (Control 12) on the speaker control panel.
- Ensure the connected device is playing audio and adjust the speaker volume using the Master Volume knob (Control 18) or the connected device's volume.
Note: All music playback functions are controlled by the externally connected device when in AUX mode.
USB/TF Card Mode
- Power on the speaker and insert a flash memory or TF card. The speaker will automatically start playing compatible music.
- Use the Previous/Next Track buttons (Controls 15, 14) to select tracks.
- Use the Master Volume knob (Control 18) to adjust volume.
- Use the Play/Pause button (Control 13) to play or pause music.
Note: The speaker will disconnect from Bluetooth automatically to play music from USB/TF card. You can return to Bluetooth mode by pressing the BT button (Control 17).
Microphone/Guitar Input
- The speaker has an additional guitar jack (Control 8) for connecting an electric guitar.
- To connect a microphone, turn on the speaker and insert the microphone into the microphone hole (Control 9 or 10).
Charging
- Connect the provided power cable to the AC Input (Control 21) to charge the speaker.
- Turn off the speaker before charging. The LED indicator (Control 11) turns red while charging and blue when charging is complete.
Note:
- Speaker working time varies based on conditions like music volume and LED light usage.
- The built-in rechargeable battery is not replaceable. Do not dispose of the product in fire or liquid to avoid safety risks and environmental pollution.
Reset Functionality
If the device is not working correctly, turn the power button (Control 22) off and then back on.
