Thank you for purchasing the boAt Stone 1508. This user manual provides instructions for operating your new speaker, designed for a seamless audio experience with Bluetooth wireless technology, AUX, and TWS mode. It features DSP and two EQ modes for indoor and outdoor use.

Bluetooth Connection
To connect your device via Bluetooth:
- Turn the speaker on by pressing the power button [▶️] for a few seconds. The blue LED will flash quickly, indicating pairing mode.
- Activate Bluetooth on your phone.
- Scan for new Bluetooth devices in your phone's settings.
- Select "Stone 1508" when found.
- If prompted, enter the pairing code "0000".
- Upon successful pairing, the speaker will provide a sound prompt, and the blue LED will stay steady.
Note: Pairing time may vary by device. The speaker remembers the last 8 paired devices.
Toggle EQ Modes
Switch between EQ modes by double-pressing the play/pause button [▶️].
- Outdoor Mode: Double press [▶️]. The green LED flashes.
- Indoor Mode: Double press [▶️]. The green LED stays solid.
USB Reader Mode
To play music from a USB drive, plug it into the USB jack [?] on the speaker.
Note: The speaker remembers the last volume and mode settings.
TWS (True Wireless Stereo) Pairing
Pair two boAt Stone 1508 speakers for a stereo experience:
- Turn on both speakers. Their blue LEDs will flash.
- On one speaker, double-press the power button [▶️]. This speaker will become the main device and its LED will flash blue and green alternatively during pairing.
- Once paired, the main device's blue LED will flash slowly, and the secondary speaker's blue LED will stay solid.
- On your phone, search for "Stone 1508" and connect. Both speakers will now play music simultaneously.
- To disconnect TWS, press the "+" and "-" buttons together. The blue LED will flash rapidly.
Note: TWS only functions in Bluetooth mode. Only the main speaker handles calls in TWS mode. If connection issues occur, press "+" and "-" together to disconnect TWS and try again.
Charging
- Use the provided Type-C USB cable to charge the speaker.
- Charging: 3 white LEDs blink periodically.
- Fully Charged: All 3 white LEDs stay steady.
Note: It is not recommended to use the speaker while it is charging.
Troubleshooting
A. Device cannot find "Stone 1508" on Bluetooth?
- Reason: The speaker may not be in pairing mode.
- Solution: Restart the speaker and search again.
B. Speaker is taking a long time to charge?
- Reason: The adapter's power output is too low, or the charging cable's consumption is too high.
- Solution: Use an adapter with an output of at least DC 5V/2A and the original charging cable.

Safety Precautions
- Battery life depends on the volume level. Lower volumes provide longer battery life.
- For cleaning, ensure the speaker is turned off and disconnected from all Bluetooth devices. Use a soft, dry cloth. Avoid alcohol, benzene, or other chemicals. Keep away from extreme temperatures.
- Protect the speaker from physical damage, such as dropping or contact with hard surfaces or sharp edges.
- Do not dismantle the speaker or attempt to handle the battery. For any issues, contact the manufacturer. Mishandling the battery can cause explosions or fire hazards. Service should only be performed by authorized personnel.
- If the speaker gets wet, dry it thoroughly and quickly. Do not submerge the speaker in water.
