Safety

Read these instructions. Heed all warnings. Follow all instructions. Do not block any ventilation openings. Do not install near any heat sources such as radiators, heat registers, stoves, or other apparatus (including amplifiers) that produce heat. Keep this apparatus away from direct sunlight, open flames, or heat. The product shall not be exposed to dripping or splashing. Place the product on a flat, hard, and stable surface. Do not place hazardous objects on the product (such as liquid-filled objects or lit candles). Never place this apparatus on other electrical equipment. Use only accessories specified by the manufacturer. Never remove the casing of this apparatus. Refer all servicing to qualified service personnel. Service is required when the apparatus has been damaged in any way, such as if the power supply cord or plug is damaged, liquid has been spilled or objects have fallen into the apparatus, if it has been exposed to rain or moisture and does not operate normally, or has been dropped. Batteries (battery pack or batteries installed) shall not be exposed to excessive heat such as sunshine, fire or the like. Danger of explosion if batteries are replaced incorrectly. Replace only with the same or equivalent type. A battery that is used, stored, or transported in extreme high or low temperatures or low air pressure at high altitude may pose a safety risk. Danger of explosion if the battery is replaced with an incorrect type. Replacing a battery with an incorrect type may defeat a safeguard (for example, in the case of certain types of lithium batteries). Insert all batteries correctly. Leaving a battery in an extremely high temperature surrounding or extremely low temperature surrounding may result in a malfunction or leakage of flammable liquid or gas. Batteries contain chemical substances. They should be disposed of properly. If you think batteries might have been swallowed or placed inside any part of the body, seek immediate medical attention. When replacing batteries, always keep all new and used batteries out of reach of children. Ensure the battery compartment is completely secured after replacement. If the battery compartment cannot be secured completely, stop using the product. Keep out of reach of children and contact the manufacturer. The product shall not be exposed to dripping or splashing. Do not place hazardous objects on the product (such as liquid-filled objects or lit candles). Use the product safely in an environment with temperatures between 0 and 45 °C. To avoid fire hazard, power the equipment only with an external power source that shall conform to PS1 (with capacity lower than 15 W). The power supplied by the charger must be between a minimum of 5 watts and a maximum of 15 watts, which is required to charge the radio equipment at the highest charging speed.
