Overview
This document provides information for the QCY Melobuds ANC True Wireless Earbuds.
Product Components:
The earbuds package includes:
- Two wireless earbuds (left and right).
- One charging case.
- One USB-C charging cable.
- Multiple sizes of ear tips (S, M, L) for a secure fit.
Earbud and Charging Case Features:
Earbud:
- Touch Panel: For controlling playback, calls, and modes.
- LED Indicator: Shows status.
- Charging Contacts: For charging within the case.
- Microphone: For calls and voice commands.
Charging Case:
- Charging Case: Houses and charges the earbuds.
- Micro USB Port: For charging the case.
- LED Indicator: Shows charging status of the case.
Usage and Fit
Inserting the Earbuds:
To insert the earbuds correctly:
- Select the ear tips (S, M, L) that provide the best fit and seal. The pre-installed tips are medium size.
- Place the earbuds into your ear canals and gently rotate them until they feel comfortable and secure.
Bluetooth Pairing
First-Time Pairing:
- Place the earbuds into the charging case to activate them.
- Open the charging case. Remove an earbud, and they will power on automatically.
- On your device (e.g., smartphone), go to Bluetooth settings and select "QCY Melobuds ANC" from the list of available devices to establish a connection.
Pairing with Another Device:
- Place both earbuds in the charging case and leave the case open.
- Press and hold the button on the charging case for approximately 3 seconds. The earbud LEDs will flash white, indicating that pairing mode has been activated.
- Remove the earbuds from the charging case.
- On your device's Bluetooth list, select "QCY Melobuds ANC" to connect.
Note: These earbuds do not support multipoint connection.
Once paired successfully, the QCY earbuds will automatically connect to the last connected device when powered on and within Bluetooth range.
Resetting the Earbuds:
If the earbuds fail to pair correctly with each other or with your device, you can reset them:
- Place the earbuds in the charging case and leave it open.
- Press and hold the button on the charging case for 10 seconds. The LEDs on both earbuds will flash white rapidly five times. This indicates the earbuds have been reset and are ready to connect normally.

Charging
To charge your QCY Melobuds ANC:
- Before charging, remove any protective film from the earbuds' charging contacts.
- Ensure the earbuds and the charging port are dry.
- Use a certified USB-C charging cable and a compatible power adapter to charge the case.
Important: Fully charge both earbuds and the charging case before the first use. If the earbuds are not used for more than two weeks, recharge them periodically to maintain battery health.

To check the charging case's battery level, press the button on the case:
- Remaining Energy ≥ 20%: Solid White Light for 5 seconds ⚪
- Remaining Energy < 20%: Solid Red Light for 5 seconds ?
Warnings and Safety Precautions
- Do not disassemble or modify the earbuds for any reason to prevent damage or hazards.
- Avoid storing the earbuds in extreme temperatures (below 0°C or above 45°C).
- Do not use the indicator lights near the eyes of children or animals.
- Refrain from using the earbuds during thunderstorms to prevent irregular operation and reduce the risk of electric shock.
- Do not use harsh chemicals or strong detergents to clean the earbuds.
- Keep the earbuds dry.
Warranty Information
QCY guarantees this device for 12 MONTHS from the original purchase date against manufacturer defects.
If the device fails due to a manufacturing defect, please contact the seller directly to initiate the return and warranty process.
QCY Warranty Exclusions:
- Devices purchased second-hand, used, or from unauthorized sellers.
- Damage resulting from misuse or abusive handling.
- Damage caused by chemicals, fire, radioactive substances, poison, or liquids.
- Damage resulting from natural disasters.
- Damage caused to third parties, persons, or objects.
