Overview
The QCY Melobuds ANC are true wireless earbuds featuring Active Noise Cancellation. The package includes the earbuds and a charging case.
Key Components:
- Earbuds: Feature a touch panel for controls, LED indicator, charging contacts, and microphones.
- Charging Case: Houses the earbuds, has a multi-function button, a Type-C charging port, and an LED indicator.
- Accessories: Includes a Type-C charging cable and various sizes of ear tips (S, M, L) for a secure fit.
Usage
EarTip Fitting
Select the EarTips that ensure the best fit for comfort and sound isolation. Insert the earbuds into the ear canal and gently rotate them until you find the most comfortable and secure position. The earbuds come with multiple pairs of EarTips, including pre-installed medium-sized ones.

Bluetooth Pairing
First-Time Pairing
1. Take the earbuds out of the charging case; they will automatically turn on and pair with each other.
2. Select 'QCY Melobuds ANC' from the Bluetooth device list on your smartphone or other device to connect.
Pairing with Another Device
1. Place the earbuds in the charging case and leave the case open.
2. Press and hold the button on the case for 3 seconds until the LED indicators on the earbuds flash white.
3. Take the earbuds out of the charging case. Select 'QCY Melobuds ANC' from the Bluetooth device list to proceed with the connection.
Note: The earbuds cannot connect to two devices simultaneously.
Automatic Reconnection
Each time you turn on the QCY earbuds, they will automatically connect to the last successfully connected device if it is within Bluetooth range.
Resetting the Earbuds
You may need to reset the earbuds if you encounter connectivity or functionality issues.
1. Place the earbuds in the charging case and leave it open.
2. Press and hold the button on the case for 10 seconds until the LED indicators on both earbuds flash white 5 times. This action confirms that the reset has been performed correctly and the earbuds can be connected normally.
Controls
Power On/Off
Open the charging case, and the earbuds will automatically turn on. The LED indicator on the earbuds will light up white for 2 seconds. Place the earbuds back into the charging case and close the case; the earbuds will automatically turn off.
Touch Controls
Music and Calls
- Left/Right Earbud: [Double Tap] - Play/Pause music, Answer/End call.
Track and Voice Assistant
- Right Earbud: [Triple Tap] - Next track.
- Left Earbud: [Triple Tap] - Previous track.
- Left Earbud: [Triple Tap] - Activate Voice Assistant. (Note: Triple tap on Left earbud may function for both Previous Track and Voice Assistant).
ANC and Gaming Mode
- Right Earbud: [Long Press 1.5s] - Switch ANC/Transparency Mode.
- Left Earbud: [Long Press 1.5s] - Switch to Gaming Mode.
Charging
Charging the Earbuds
1. Remove the protective film from the earbuds before charging.
2. Completely dry the earbuds and the USB port before charging.
3. Use a certified USB-C charging cable and charger to avoid damage.
For first-time use, ensure the earbuds and charging case are fully charged. If the earbuds are not used for long periods (over 2 weeks), recharge them periodically.
LED Indicators
Earbud LED Behavior
- While charging: Solid red light.
- Charging complete: Solid white light for 30 seconds, then off.
Charging Case LED Behavior
- While charging: Solid red light.
- Charging complete: Solid white light.
The LED indicators on the charging case indicate the charging status. To check the battery level of the charging case, press the button on the case itself.
Battery Level Check
- Remaining Power ≥ 20%: Solid white light for 5 seconds, then off.
- Remaining Power < 20%: Solid red light for 5 seconds, then off.
Safety Guide
- To avoid damage, do not disassemble or modify the earbuds for any reason.
- Do not expose the earbuds to extreme temperatures (below 0°C or above 45°C).
- Avoid using the indicator near the eyes of children or animals.
- Do not use these earbuds during a thunderstorm to avoid the risk of electric shock.
- When cleaning the earbuds, do not use aggressive chemicals or detergents.
- Store the earbuds in a dry environment.
Warranty
This device is guaranteed for 12 MONTHS from the original purchase date against manufacturer defects. If the device is found to have a manufacturing defect, please contact the seller directly to initiate the return and warranty process.
The following are excluded from QCY warranty coverage:
- Device purchased as used, second-hand, or from an unauthorized seller.
- Damage resulting from abuse and misuse.
- Damage from chemicals, fire, radioactive substances, poisons, liquids.
- Damage caused by natural disasters.
- Damage caused to third parties/persons/objects, and so on.
