Product Description
Adjust the ear tips to your ear size to avoid discomfort during use.

Correct Connection Method to Device
First Connection:
- Place both earbuds back into the charging case and close the lid to activate them.
- Open the lid, take out the earbuds, find 'QCY Melobuds ANC' on your device's Bluetooth list, and select to connect.
Switching Connection Between Two Devices:
Place the earbuds in the charging case, open the lid, and press and hold the charging case button for 3 seconds or until the indicators on the earbuds flash white. Then take out the earbuds. Search for 'QCY Melobuds ANC' on your device and tap to connect.
The earbuds cannot be connected to two phones simultaneously. They will automatically reconnect to the last phone in the call history, if available.
Factory Reset
- Place the earbuds in the charging case, open the lid, and press and hold the charging case button for 10 seconds to reset the earbuds to factory settings (the indicators on the earbuds will flash white five times).
- After the factory reset, the earbuds will automatically connect.
Charging the Earbuds
The earbud indicator will light up red while charging and will light up solid white for approximately 30 seconds when fully charged.
Charging Case:
When the charging case is charging, the indicator will light up red. When fully charged, the indicator will light up solid white.

Correct Way to Wear Earbuds
- Insert the earbuds correctly and then adjust them to fit your ear shape.
- Position the microphone towards your mouth.
- Incorrect wearing of the earbuds may result in poor call or music quality.
Charging Case Indicator Description:
- Case Charge Level ≥ 20%: White indicator.
- Case Charge Level < 20%: Red indicator.

Earbud Controls
- To turn on: Press and hold the touchpad for 1.5 seconds. [power-on]
- To turn off: Place the earbuds in the charging case. [case]
- To answer/end a call: Double-tap the touch panel. ?
- To ignore a call: Press and hold the touch panel for 1.5 seconds. [ignore-call]
- Next track: Triple-tap the touch panel on the right earbud. ⏩
- Voice assistant: Tap the touch panel on the left earbud. ?
- Play/pause: Double-tap the touch panel. ▶️/⏸️
- Game Mode: Press and hold the touchpad for 1.5 seconds. ?
- ANC Mode: Press and hold the touch panel on the right earbud for 1.5 seconds to switch between ANC, Normal, and Transparency modes. ?
Tips
- Read the user manual carefully before using the earbuds and keep it for future reference.
- The earbuds must be fully charged before first use.
- If you do not use the earbuds for more than two weeks, they should be recharged.
- Use chargers from a qualified manufacturer.
- If your phone does not recognize the earbuds, check if they are in pairing mode. If the earbuds are not connected for an extended period, the pairing mode will exit. In this case, re-pair the earbuds with your device. Restart your phone if there is a procedural error. If there is an error with the earbuds, reset them.

Battery Information
LI-ION Battery
The device is equipped with a LI ION (lithium-ion) battery, which ages over time and during use. The manufacturer specifies the maximum operating time under laboratory conditions. Actual operating time may differ from the declared time, which is a characteristic of the product, not a defect. To maintain maximum battery life, avoid discharging the battery below 3.18V or 15% of its total capacity. Discharging below 2.5V per cell will cause permanent damage, not covered by warranty. If not using the device for over a month, charge the battery to 50% and check its level every two months. Store in a dry place, away from sun and sub-zero temperatures.
LIPO Battery
The device is equipped with a LI PO (lithium polymer) battery, which ages over time and during use. The manufacturer specifies the maximum operating time under laboratory conditions. Actual operating time may differ from the declared time, which is a characteristic of the product, not a defect.
