Getting Started: Connection and Pairing

First-Time Connection

1. Take both earbuds out of the charging case, then place them back inside and close the lid to activate them.
2. Open the lid. The earbuds will automatically power on.
3. On your smartphone or device, search for "QCY Melobuds ANC" in the Bluetooth settings and tap to connect.

Switching Connection Between Devices

1. Place both earbuds in the charging case and close the lid.
2. Open the lid and long-press the charging case button for approximately 3 seconds, or until the LEDs on the earbuds blink white.
3. Take the earbuds out. On your new device, search for "QCY Melobuds ANC" and tap to connect.

Note: The earbuds cannot connect to two devices simultaneously. They will automatically reconnect to the last paired device.

Factory Reset

If you encounter connection issues or wish to reset your earbuds:

1. Place both earbuds in the charging case and open the lid.
2. Long-press the charging case button for approximately 10 seconds.
3. The earbud LEDs will blink white 5 times, indicating the factory reset is complete.
4. After the reset, the earbuds will automatically pair with each other (TWS pairing) and enter pairing mode, ready to connect to a new device.

How to Wear

For optimal audio quality and comfort:

1. Insert the earbuds into your ears and gently rotate them to find a secure and comfortable position.
2. Ensure the microphone port is directed downwards, towards your mouth.

Incorrect wear can negatively impact call quality and listening experience.

Charging Your Earbuds and Case

Earbud Charging

• During Charging: The earbud LED will glow solid red.
• Fully Charged: The earbud LED will glow solid white for 30 seconds and then turn off.

Charging Case Charging

• During Charging: The charging case LED will glow solid red.
• Fully Charged: The charging case LED will glow solid white.

Charging Case LED Indicator

• White LED: Indicates the charging case battery level is 20% or higher.
• Red LED: Indicates the charging case battery level is below 20%.

Function Operations

Control your earbuds with intuitive touch gestures on the touch panel.

• Power On: Long-press the touch panel for approximately 1.5 seconds.
• Power Off: Place the earbuds back into the charging case.
• Answer/End Call: Double-press the touch panel.
• Ignore Incoming Call: Long-press the touch panel for approximately 1.5 seconds.
• Next Track: Triple-press the right earbud's touch panel.
• Voice Assistant: Triple-press the left earbud's touch panel.
• Play/Pause Music: Double-press the left or right earbud's touch panel.
• Gaming Mode: Long-press the left earbud's touch panel for approximately 1.5 seconds to enable/disable low-latency gaming mode.
• ANC Mode: Long-press the right earbud's touch panel for approximately 1.5 seconds to cycle through Noise Cancelling, Normal (Off), and Transparency modes.
