Assembly

Step 1: Find the L & R on the back. If needed, add the rubber ear cuffs to the hooks for narrow frame glasses.

Step 2: Slide the JBuds Frames onto the corresponding arms of your glasses, left and right.

Bluetooth Connection

Step 1: Press and hold BOTH buttons for at least 5 seconds. One side will begin flashing blue/white, indicating it is ready to connect.

Step 2: Go to your device's settings ⚙️ and connect to "JLab JBuds Frames". White lights will indicate you are connected.

Adding New/Additional Bluetooth Devices: Turn off [Bluetooth] on any previously connected device. Turn on [Bluetooth] on the new device. Turn on JBuds Frames, and they will enter Bluetooth pairing mode after 10 seconds. Select "JLab JBuds Frames" in the new device's settings to connect.

Button Functions

Sound Messages:

POWER ON: Beep sound
BLUETOOTH CONNECTED: 2 beeps
LOW BATTERY: "Low battery" (less than 20%)
POWER OFF: Beep sound

Left Button Functions:

VOLUME DOWN: ? Single press
SIRI (iOS) or "OK GOOGLE" (ANDROID): ?️ Double press
PREVIOUS TRACK: ⏭️ Press and hold for 1 second

Right Button Functions:

VOLUME UP: ? Single press
PLAY / PAUSE: ▶️ Double press
NEXT TRACK: ⏭️ Press and hold for 1 second
ANSWER CALL: ? Single press
END CALL: ? Double press
REJECT INCOMING CALL: ? Press and hold for 1 second

Change Equalizer (EQ):

Triple-press either earbud (Cycles JLab Signature / Bass Boost).

Power On / Off:

Press and hold either earbud button for at least 3 seconds (the button will turn off both sides).

Equalizer Settings

Triple-press the left or right earbud for different equalizer settings.

JLab SIGNATURE (One Beep): Unmistakable sound, JLab C3™ with amplified voice and bass.
BASS BOOST (Three Beeps): Amplified bass and sub-bass.

Charging

Connect JBuds Frames to a computer or a 5V 1A (or less) USB device.

Quick Tips

Position your JBuds Frames as close to your ears as possible. This will greatly improve sound quality.

You can use either JBuds Frames, left or right, independently, or both at the same time with Dual Connect to listen to music or answer calls. Note that you will only have access to controls on the right or left side if you are using a single earbud.

Troubleshooting

No Sound in One Earbud or Bluetooth Not Connecting / Reconnecting (Manual Reset)

Step 1: Go to your device's Bluetooth settings ⚙️ and "Forget" JLab JBuds Frames.

Step 2: With JBuds Frames turned off, press and hold both buttons for at least 15 seconds. The Frames will turn on, then turn off.

Step 3: Press and hold both buttons for at least 3 seconds to turn on. JBuds Frames will begin flashing blue/white, indicating they are ready to connect. Go to your device's settings ⚙️ and reconnect.

Attention / Warnings

⚠️ Avoid exposing the product to extreme temperatures and humidity.
⚠️ Avoid dropping or crushing the earbuds.
Earwax may accumulate on the earbud cushions, reducing sound quality. Carefully remove earwax using a cotton swab or other small instrument to improve sound quality.
If you experience discomfort or pain, try reducing the volume ? or temporarily discontinue use of the product.
If you typically experience discomfort during use of this product, discontinue use and consult a doctor.
We recommend treating your earbuds like a pair of sunglasses and storing them in a safe place when not in use.
