Assembly
Step 1: Check for "L" (Left) and "R" (Right) on the back. If necessary, add the rubber sleeves to the hooks on the thin temples.

Step 1: Press and hold both buttons for 5 seconds or more. One side will begin flashing blue and white, indicating it is ready for connection.

Turn off Bluetooth on previously connected devices. Turn on Bluetooth on the new device. When JBuds Frames are powered on, pairing will begin with Bluetooth after 10 seconds. Select "JLab JBuds Frames" in your device settings to connect.
Button Functions
Each earbud has a button and an indicator lamp.

- Volume Down: Press once.
- Activate SIRI (iOS) or "OK GOOGLE" (ANDROID): Press twice.
- Go back to previous track: Press and hold for 1 second or more.
Right Button Functions:
- Volume Up: Press once.
- Play/Pause: Press twice.
- Go to next track: Press and hold for 1 second or more.
- Answer call: Press once.
- End call: Press twice.
- Reject incoming call: Press and hold for 1 second or more.
EQ Settings:
To change EQ settings, press either earbud 3 times (switches between JLab Signature/Bass Boost).

Power On/Off:
Press and hold either earbud for 3 seconds or more (pressing the button turns off both sides).
Charging
Connect JBuds Frames to a computer or a USB 5V 1A (or lower) output device.

For optimal audio performance, wear JBuds Frames as close to your ear as possible. This greatly improves audio performance.

No audio on one side, or BLUETOOTH connection/reconnection failure (Manual Reset):
1. Reset Bluetooth Device Settings: Open your Bluetooth device settings and delete the "JLab JBuds Frames" entry.

- Avoid extreme heat, cold, and humidity.
- Do not drop or crush the earbuds.
- Earwax buildup in the earbud tips can degrade sound quality. Carefully remove earwax using a cotton swab or other small tool to improve sound quality.
- If you experience discomfort or pain, lower the volume or temporarily discontinue use.
- If you experience regular discomfort during product use, discontinue use and consult a physician.
- Treat the earbuds like stylish sunglasses; store them in a safe place when not in use.
