Assembly

Step 1: Attach Earbuds Find the L & R earbuds on the back. If your glasses have narrow frames, attach the included silicone tips to the hooks for a secure fit.

Step 2: Mount on Frames Slide the JBuds Frames onto the left and right temples of your sunglasses.
For optimal performance, position the JBuds Frames as close to your ears as possible.

Bluetooth Pairing

Step 1: Initiate Pairing Press and hold both buttons for at least 5 seconds. One earbud will flash blue/white, indicating it's ready to connect.

Step 2: Connect to Device Go to your device's Bluetooth settings and select 'JLab JBuds Frames'. Solid white lights on the earbuds confirm a successful connection.

Adding New Devices
To pair with a new device: Turn off Bluetooth on previously connected devices. Enable Bluetooth on the new device. Power on the JBuds Frames; they will automatically enter pairing mode after 10 seconds. Select 'JLab JBuds Frames' in the new device's settings.
Button Functions

Left Earbud Button:
- Volume Down: Single press.
- Voice Assistant (Siri/Google): Double press.
- Previous Track: Press and hold for at least 1 second.
Right Earbud Button:
- Volume Up: Single press.
- Play/Pause: Double press.
- Next Track: Press and hold for at least 1 second.
- Answer Call: Single press.
- End Call: Double press.
- Reject Incoming Call: Press and hold for at least 1 second.
Sound Mode Change: Triple press on either earbud to cycle through sound modes (JLab Signature Sound / Bass Boost).
Power On/Off: Press and hold either button for over 3 seconds. This will power both earbuds on or off.
Sound Mode Settings
Triple press the button on the left or right earbud to cycle through different sound modes:
- JLab Signature Sound: Features the JLab C3TM sound with enhanced vocals and bass.
- Bass Boost: Provides enhanced bass and sub-bass frequencies.
Charging
Connect your JBuds Frames to a computer or a USB 5V 1A (or lower) power adapter using the provided cable.

Quick Tips
For the best audio quality, position your JBuds Frames as close to your ears as possible.
You can use the JBuds Frames earbuds individually on either the left or right side, or together with Dual Connect for music or calls. Note that controls are only accessible on the earbud currently in use.

Troubleshooting
No Sound on One Side / Bluetooth Connection Issues (Manual Reset)

Forget Device: Go to your device's Bluetooth settings and select 'Forget JLab JBuds Frames'.

Reset Earbuds: With the JBuds Frames powered off, press and hold both buttons for over 15 seconds. They will power on and then power off.

Reconnect: Power on by holding both buttons for over 3 seconds. The earbuds will flash blue/white, indicating pairing mode. Go to your device's settings and reconnect to 'JLab JBuds Frames'.

Warnings
- Avoid extreme heat, cold, and moisture.
- Do not drop or crush the earbuds.
- Earwax buildup can affect sound quality. Gently clean earbud covers with a cotton swab or small tool to improve sound.
- If you experience discomfort or pain, try lowering the volume or taking a break from using the earbuds.
- If discomfort persists with regular use, discontinue use and consult a medical professional.
- We recommend treating your earbuds with care, similar to your favorite sunglasses, and storing them in a safe place when not in use.
