Assembly
Step 1: Identify L and R
Locate the L and R markings on the back. If necessary, attach the rubber sleeves for glasses with slim arms.
- Rubber sleeves
- For thin frames: ICON facing outwards
- For very thin frames: LOGO facing outwards
Step 2: Attach Frames
Slide the JBuds Frames onto the corresponding left and right arms of your glasses. For best performance, the JBuds Frames should be positioned as close to your ear as possible.
Connecting via Bluetooth
Step 1: Initiate Pairing
Press and hold BOTH buttons for 5+ seconds. One side will begin flashing blue/white, indicating it is ready for connection.
Step 2: Connect to Device
Go to your device's settings and connect to "JLab JBuds Frames". Solid white lights indicate you are connected.
Adding New/Extra Bluetooth Devices
Turn OFF Bluetooth on a previously connected device. Turn ON Bluetooth on the new device. Turn the JBuds Frames ON, and they will enter Bluetooth pairing mode after 10 seconds. Select "JLab JBuds Frames" in the new device's settings to connect.
EQ Settings
Press the right or left earbud three times for different EQ settings.
- JLab Signature (One Beep): JLab C3™ signature sound with enhanced vocals and bass.
- Bass Boost (Three Beeps): Enhanced bass and sub-bass.
Charging
Connect the JBuds Frames to a computer or power adapter with USB 5V 1A (or less).
- Charging: Indicator lights turn on.
- Charged: Indicator lights turn off.
Handy Tips
For significantly improved audio performance, place the JBuds Frames as close to your ears as possible.
You can use the JBuds Frames individually (left or right) or both together with Dual Connect for listening to music or taking phone calls. Note that you will only have access to the left or right control buttons when using a single earbud.
Troubleshooting
No Audio on One Side or Bluetooth Not Connecting/Reconnecting (Manual Reset)
Step 1: Forget Device
Go to your Bluetooth device settings and "Forget" the "JLab JBuds Frames".
Step 2: Reset Frames
With the JBuds Frames OFF, press and hold both buttons for 15+ seconds. The frames will turn ON and then OFF.
Step 3: Reconnect
Press and hold both buttons for 3+ seconds to turn ON. The JBuds Frames will flash blue/white, indicating they are ready for connection. Go to your device settings and reconnect.

Warnings
- Avoid extreme heat, cold, and moisture.
- Avoid dropping or crushing the earbuds.
- Earwax may accumulate in the earbuds, reducing sound quality. Gently clean with a cotton swab or other small object to improve sound quality.
- If you experience discomfort or pain, try lowering the volume or temporarily stop use.
- If you regularly experience discomfort while using this product, stop use and consult a doctor.
- We recommend treating your earbuds like a pair of stylish sunglasses and storing them in a safe place when not in use.
