Assembly
- Find the 'L' and 'R' indicators on the back. If needed, attach the rubber sleeves to the glasses with the thin arms.

Bluetooth Pairing
- Press and hold BOTH buttons for 5+ seconds. When ready to connect, one side will flash a blue/white light.

Adding New Bluetooth Devices
Turn OFF Bluetooth on all previously connected devices. Turn ON Bluetooth on the new device. Turn ON JBuds Frames, and they will enter Bluetooth pairing mode after 10 seconds. Select 'JLab JBuds Frames' in the new device's settings to connect.
Button Functions

Left Button Functions:
- Volume Down: Single press.
- Siri (iOS) or "OK Google" (Android): Double press.
- Previous Track: Press and hold for 1+ second.
Right Button Functions:
- Volume Up: Single press.
- Play/Pause: Double press.
- Next Track: Press and hold for 1+ second.
- Answer Call: Single press.
- End Call: Double press.
- Reject Incoming Call: Press and hold for 1+ second.
Audio Mode Change:
Triple press one earbud (options: JLab Signature / Bass Boost).
Power On/Off:
Press and hold one earbud button for 3+ seconds (this turns both sides off).
Equalizer Settings
To change equalizer settings, triple-press either the right or left earbud.
- JLab Signature: JLab C3™ signature sound, with enhanced vocals and bass.
- Bass Boost: Enhanced bass and deep bass.
Charging
Connect the JBuds Frames to a computer or a USB 5V 1A (or lower) power adapter.

Quick Tips
- Position the JBuds Frames as close to your ears as possible. This will significantly improve sound volume.
- You can use either the left or right JBuds Frame individually, or both together for dual connection, to listen to music or take calls. Note that using only one earbud provides access to only the left or right controls.

Troubleshooting
No Sound on One Side or Bluetooth Not Connecting/Reconnecting (Manual Reset)
- Go to your device's settings and delete the connection to 'JLab JBuds Frames'.

Safety Precautions
- Avoid excessive heat, cold, and moisture.
- Avoid dropping or crushing the earbuds.
- Earwax may accumulate in the ear tips, which can degrade sound quality. To improve sound quality, carefully remove earwax with a cotton swab or other small tool.
- If you experience discomfort or pain, reduce the volume or temporarily stop using the earbuds.
- If you experience continuous discomfort while using the product, discontinue use and consult a doctor.
- We recommend treating your earbuds like sunglasses and keeping them in a safe place between uses.
