Assembly Steps
Step 1: Mounting the Tap and Sealing
Place the mixer tap onto the countertop. Seal the open surfaces around the base of the tap with silicone sealant to prevent water from penetrating the worktop in case of leaks. Silicone sealant is not included.
The silicone sealant must be water- and mould-resistant and suitable for installation, conforming to EN 15651-3, Class XS1.
Ensure a maximum clearance of 50 mm (2 inches) for installation. The required hole diameter in the worktop is Ø34-37 mm (Ø1 3/8" - 1 1/2").
Secure the tap using the provided mounting hardware, including the flat and curved metal brackets and the threaded rod.
Step 2: Connecting Water Hoses
Connect the flexible hoses to the mixer tap. Ensure the pipe connection is flat and free from sharp edges.
Connect the other end of the hoses to the water supply points.
⚠️ Important: Do not tighten the connections too hard, as this can damage the hoses, pipes, or washers.
Several diagrams illustrate incorrect connection methods, which should be avoided.
Before First Use
ℹ️ To ensure proper function, unscrew the aerator/flow guide (Part 110084) using a coin. Allow water to run freely through the tap for a few minutes to flush out any debris. Then, screw the aerator/flow guide back into place until it stops.
⚠️ Caution: Do not overtighten the aerator/flow guide, as it can be damaged.
Maintenance
ℹ️ Regularly check the installation to ensure there are no leaks.
