JABLOTRON JA-110A II Bus Internal Siren
Product Overview
The JA-110A II siren is a component of the JABLOTRON security system, designed for alarm signaling in indoor environments. It features a mute button that can silence ongoing alarms, potentially indicating presence or triggering a panic alarm (optional function). Installation requires a certified professional installer.
Installation Guide
Disassembly for Installation
Figure 1 illustrates the process of disassembling the siren housing for installation. It shows how to detach the housing (1) from the plastic frame by pressing the side with a screwdriver, as indicated. The middle part of the frame (3) is then removed by pressing four tabs (2) marked with arrows.
Internal Components
Figure 2 details the internal components of the product. The numbered parts are:
- 1 - LED indicators
- 2 - buttons
- 3 - serial number
- 4 - lugs
- 5 - piezo siren
- 6 - bus connector
- 7 - tamper sensors
- 8 - battery connector for the BAT-3V2-CR2
Mounting and Wiring
- To detach the siren housing (1), press its side with a screwdriver to release it from the plastic frame, as shown in Figure 1.
- Remove the middle part of the frame (3) by pressing the four tabs (2) indicated by arrows.
- Feed the BUS cable through the designated rectangular recess in the plastic base.
- Secure the plastic base to the chosen location using screws. If the siren operates on battery power, place it under the top side of the plastic base, as shown in Figure 1.
- Assemble the plastic frame onto the plastic base, which secures the battery.
