JA-110A Internal Bus Siren
JABLOTRON
Introduction
This document provides installation instructions and technical specifications for the JA-110A internal bus siren. The product is part of the JABLOTRON system and is used for signaling alarms within a building. Pressing the siren's button can silence an active alarm, confirming the presence of a person in the building. Installation should only be performed by a trained technician holding a valid certificate issued by an authorized dealer.
Installation
Always connect the bus only after the system power has been completely disconnected.
- Detach the siren body (with buttons) from the plastic frame by pressing the sides of the body (1) with a screwdriver, as shown in Figure 1.
- Remove the central part of the body (3) by pressing the four tabs marked with arrows (2).
- Thread the bus cable through the rectangular recess in the plastic base.
- Secure the plastic base to the selected location using screws.
- Reassemble the plastic frame onto the plastic base.
- Connect the bus cable to the terminals (6) as shown in Figure 2, and place the body back into the plastic frame.
Note: The tamper contacts (7) must be positioned above the magnets on the plastic base.
