IV. Installation Preparation

1. Prepare a carpet or mat to protect your floor and spread out all accessories.
2. Prepare a pair of gloves to avoid being scratched by sharp wooden sawdust.
3. Open all boxes to check that accessories are complete and in good condition.
4. Place small components properly before installation to keep them away from children.
5. If using power tools, set the speed to low speed in advance to avoid damaging the wood.
6. When installing, align all holes and do not tighten all screws first to avoid making installation difficult.

General Note: If parts have slight deviations, pilot holes are marked. Align parts and install according to the manual.

Step 1:

Attach Part E and Part F using 8x Part 9.

Attach Part I to Parts E and F using 4x Part 7. Ensure correct orientation of Parts E & F.

Attach Part A and Part B to the structure using 2x Part 7.

Connect Parts A, B, and E using 8x Part 7.

Attach Part C to the structure using 2x Part 4 and 1x Part 9.

Attach Part J to the structure using 1x Part 6 and 2x Part 7. Ensure Part 7 is installed from the back panel.

Install the top Part L using 4x Part 3 and 2x Part 8. Attach Part N.

Secure the structure using 8x Part 1 and 1x Part 11, and 1x Part 13.

Step 14: Wall Mounting Preparation

The parts marked with '√' are required for this installation step. According to the height of the cat house, find the right place to drill the hole in the wall.

VII. Warranty

Warranty Detail Explanation

Mcombo will replace defective parts or send a replacement item provided the warranty parts have not been subjected to misuse, abuse, or improper service by the consumer. This includes damage arising from negligence or improper operation.

Limitations Applicable to All Warranties

• Exclusions also include components with damage caused by:
• Contamination
• Abuse, misuse, accident, or negligence
• Commercial use, or use other than normal
• Improper operation, maintenance, or storage

All warranties begin on the date of delivery and are valid for the original purchaser from Mcombo /ExacMe ONLY.

Mcombo will pay standard shipping rates on all warranted parts for the first year. Replacement parts can be purchased at a discount price when the item is out of warranty.

VIII. Return/Replacement Policy

Mcombo offers a 30-day return/replace policy for defective and damaged items. During this period, Mcombo will cover the shipping cost of return and replacement, and provide a pre-paid return label or pick-up service.

Note: Please disassemble the item before returning it to avoid oversized shipping costs.

Do not purchase return labels for damaged or defective items yourself. If you have any issues with returning an item, please contact Mcombo customer service immediately.

Mcombo is not responsible for returns due to customer mistakes or change of mind, but can assist in arranging pick-up service at a reasonable price.

Note: The customer is responsible for freight costs unless the item is defective. Items returned due to refused delivery or deemed undeliverable by the freight carrier are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
