Bluetooth Pairing
Follow these steps to pair your JLab GO Air Pop earbuds with your device.

Remove the protective tabs from the earbuds and close the charging case doors.
A red light on the case indicates charging. Remove the earbuds from the case.

One earbud will flash blue/white, indicating it's ready to pair with your device.

To connect, select 'JLab GO Air Pop' in your device's Bluetooth settings. A voice prompt "You are connected" and flashing white lights will confirm connection.
Adding New/Additional Bluetooth Devices:
- Turn off Bluetooth on any previously connected devices. Turn on Bluetooth on the new device.
- Remove earbuds from the case. They will automatically pair with each other via Bluetooth.
- Select 'JLab GO Air Pop' in your device's Bluetooth settings to connect.
Button Functions
Control your music, calls, and device with the touch controls on each earbud.
Left Earbud:
- Volume Down: Tap once.
- Activate Siri (iOS) or Google Assistant (Android): Tap twice.
- Rewind: Tap and hold for 1+ second.
Right Earbud:
- Volume Up: Tap once.
- Play/Pause: Tap twice.
- Fast Forward: Tap and hold for 1+ second.
- Answer Call: Tap once.
- End Call: Tap twice.
- Reject Call: Tap and hold for 1 second.
- Change EQ Mode: Tap three times.
Voice Prompts
The earbuds provide audio cues for various actions:
- "Hello": Power On
- "Ready to connect": Earbuds are ready to connect to a Bluetooth device.
- "Connected to Bluetooth": Earbud is connected to your device.
- "Battery full": 100-75%
- "Battery medium": 75-25%
- "Battery low": Less than 25% (At 10% battery, "Battery low" will play once.)
- "Goodbye": Power Off
Custom EQ3 Sound Modes
Triple tap the right or left earbud to cycle through three EQ settings:
- JLab Signature: JLab C3™ sound with boosted bass and vocals.
- Balanced: Even sound with no extra enhancements.
- Bass Boost: Boosted bass and sub-bass.
Charging the Earbuds
Earbuds will turn off when placed in the case and begin charging.
- Charging: Red light solid on earbud indicates charging. Case battery 100-25%.
- Low Battery: Red light flashes 4 times on earbud indicates case battery is less than 25%. Recharge the case.
Earbuds will automatically turn on and connect to your device when removed from the case.
Charging Case
Connect the GO Air Pop case to a computer or USB 5V 1A output device (or less) to charge.
- Charging: Blue light flashes on the case.
- Charged: Blue light solid on the case.
Fitting the Earbuds
For the best fit and sound quality, try different ear tip sizes.
- Try all ear tip sizes for the best fit and seal.
- Insert into the ear canal and gently twist for the best fit.
Quick Tips
- Use either the left or right earbud independently for music and calls. Simply take one out of the case to connect.
- Only ONE Bluetooth device can be connected at a time. Turn off Bluetooth on unwanted devices and turn it on for your selected device.
- Before placing earbuds in the charging case, dry them completely to avoid damaging the case. The earbuds are sweat/water resistant, but the case is not.
Troubleshooting
Connection Error or Dropped Connection Between Earbuds (Manual Reset)
- Keep earbuds in the charging case and 'Forget' the 'JLab GO Air Pop' in your device's Bluetooth settings.
- Quickly tap one earbud seven times while in the charging case. The earbud will flash blue four times.
- Quickly tap the other earbud seven times while in the charging case. The earbud will flash blue four times.
- Remove both earbuds from the charging case. One earbud will show a solid white light, and the other will flash blue/white, indicating they are ready to pair with your device.

Warnings & Precautions
- Do not use in extreme heat, cold, or humidity.
- Avoid dropping or crushing the earbuds.
- Earwax may build up in the ear tips, affecting sound quality. Gently clean with a cotton swab or small tool to improve sound quality.
- If you experience discomfort or pain, reduce volume or discontinue use.
- If you experience any issues while using this product, discontinue use and consult your doctor.
- Treat your earbuds with care, like sunglasses, and store them in a safe place when not in use.
