Echoes on Calls
If you experience microphone echo or call quality issues, ensure the Cush Fin is not blocking the microphone port.
Quick Tips
- The Bluetooth connection originates from the right earbud. For the most stable connection, keep your device near your right side or in your right pocket.
- If you prefer to wear only one earbud, it must be the right earbud, as it is the primary Bluetooth-connected earbud.
- Selecting the correct ear tip significantly improves audio quality by ensuring a proper seal for the driver. Try all ear tips for optimal results.
- Only one Bluetooth device can be connected simultaneously. Turn OFF Bluetooth on unwanted devices before turning ON Bluetooth on your chosen device to connect.
Warnings and Cautions
Warnings
- Fully dry the earbuds before placing them in the charging case to prevent case damage. The earbuds are sweat/water resistant, but the charging case is not.
Cautions
- Avoid extreme heat, cold, and humidity.
- Avoid dropping or crushing the earbuds.
- Earbud tips may accumulate wax, reducing sound quality. Carefully remove wax with a cotton swab or small tool to restore sound quality.
- If discomfort or pain occurs, lower the volume or temporarily discontinue use.
- If regular discomfort persists, discontinue use and consult a physician.
- Treat your earbuds with care, similar to sunglasses, and store them in a safe place when not in use.
