Bluetooth Pairing

1. Take the earbuds out of the case and remove the stickers. Place them back into the case and close the lid.

2. The red light on the case indicates it is charging. Remove the earbuds from the case.

3. One earbud will begin blinking blue/white, signaling it is ready to pair with your device.

4. Select 'JLab GO Air Sport' in your device's Bluetooth settings to connect.

   White lights flashing, preceded by two short audio cues, means the connection has been established.

Adding New / Additional Bluetooth Devices

Turn OFF the Bluetooth module on the previously paired device. Turn ON Bluetooth on the new device. Remove the earbuds from the case. Bluetooth pairing will begin automatically. Select 'JLab GO Air Sport' in the device settings to connect.

Button Functions

Left Earbud

• VOLUME DOWN: Single tap
• SIRI (iOS) or 'OK GOOGLE' (ANDROID): Double tap
• PREVIOUS TRACK: Press and hold for 1 second.

Right Earbud

• VOLUME UP: Single tap
• PLAY / PAUSE: Double tap
• NEXT TRACK: Press and hold for 1 second.
• ANSWER CALLS: Single tap
• DISCONNECT: Double tap
• REJECT INCOMING CALLS: Press and hold for 1 second.
• CHANGE EQ: Triple tap

Audio Cues

• POWER ON: Ring
• CONNECTED TO BLUETOOTH: 2 short signals
• LOW BATTERY: 'Low Battery' (less than 20%)
• POWER OFF: Ring

Custom EQ3 Sound Modes

Tap the right or left earbud three times to access EQ settings (GO Air Sport will cycle through 3 EQ settings).

Charging the Earbuds

1. When placed in the case, the earbuds will turn off and begin charging.

2. The earbuds will automatically turn on and connect to your device when removed from the case.

Indicator Lights:

• Solid red light: Case charged 100-25%
• Flashes 4x red: Case charged less than 25% (charge the case)

Charging the Case

Connect GO Air Sport to a computer or device with USB 5V/1A output (or less).

Fitting

Try all the ear tips and choose the ones that provide you with the best fit and seal.

Place the earbud on your ear. Rotate and adjust the ear hook to achieve a comfortable fit.

Tips

• You can listen to music or make phone calls using a single earbud. Simply remove any earbud from the case to connect to your device.
• The earbuds can only be paired with ONE Bluetooth device at a time. Turn OFF Bluetooth on devices you do not wish to use and turn ON Bluetooth on the device you want to pair with the earbuds.

Warning

Before placing the earbuds in the charging case, dry them completely to avoid damaging the case. The earbuds are sweat/water resistant, but the case is not.

Troubleshooting: Connection Error or Earbuds Not Paired (Manual Reset)

1. Place earbuds in the charging case and forget the 'JLab GO Air Sport' device in your device's Bluetooth settings.
2. Quickly tap 7 times on one earbud that is currently in the case. The earbud will flash blue 4 times.
3. Quickly tap 7 times on the other earbud that is currently in the case. The earbud will flash blue 4 times.
4. Remove both earbuds from the charging case. One earbud will show a solid white light, and the other will blink blue/white, indicating they are ready to pair.

Caution!

• Avoid very high or very low temperatures and humidity.
• Do not drop or crush the earbuds.
• Earwax can accumulate in the ear tips and affect sound quality. To improve sound quality, carefully remove earwax with a cotton swab or other small tool.
• If you experience discomfort or pain, try lowering the volume or taking a break from using them.
• If you regularly experience discomfort while using this product, discontinue use and consult a doctor.
