Bluetooth Pairing
Follow these steps to connect your JLab GO Air Pop earbuds to your device.
Remove the protective tab from the earbuds and close the charging case lid.

The charging case will show a solid red light ? indicating it is charged. Remove the earbuds from the charging case.

One earbud will blink blue/white ?⚪ to indicate it is ready to be paired with your device.

On your device's Bluetooth settings, select "JLab GO Air Pop" to connect.

A sound prompt of two beeps ?? followed by blinking white lights ⚪⚪ indicates you are successfully connected.
Adding New / Additional Bluetooth Devices
To connect to a new device:
- Turn off Bluetooth on any previously connected device.
- Turn on Bluetooth on the new device you wish to connect to.
- Remove the earbuds from the charging case. They will automatically enable Bluetooth pairing.
- Select "JLab GO Air Pop" in the new device's settings to connect.
Button Functions
Control your music, calls, and more with intuitive touch controls.
Left Earbud
- Volume Down: Single tap ?
- Siri (iOS) or "OK Google" (Android): Double tap ??
- Rewind: Press and hold for 1+ second ?
Right Earbud
- Volume Up: Single tap ?
- Play / Pause: Double tap ??
- Forward: Press and hold for 1+ second ?
- Answer Call: Single tap ?
- Hang Up: Double tap ??
- Reject Incoming Call: Press and hold for 1+ second ?
- Change EQ: Triple tap ???
Audio Notifications
- Power On: Ring ?
- Bluetooth Pairing: Two Beeps ??
- Battery Low: Audio prompt "Low battery" (Less than 20%)
- Power Off: Ring ?
Custom EQ³ Sound Modes
Triple tap the right or left earbud to cycle through three EQ settings:
- JLab Signature (One Beep ?): JLab C3™ signature sound with enhanced vocals and bass.
- Balanced (Two Beeps ??): Balanced sound with no extra sound enhancements.
- Bass Boost (Three Beeps ???): Enhanced bass and sub-bass.
Charging the Earbuds
The earbuds will automatically turn off when placed in the charging case and begin charging.

- Solid Red ?: Charging Case 100-25%
- Blinking 4x Red ????: Charging Case less than 25% (Case is charging)
The earbuds will automatically turn on and connect to your device when you remove them from the case.

Charging the Charging Case
Connect the GO Air Pop charging case to a computer or a USB 5V 1A (or lower) power source using the provided cable.

- Charging: Blinking Blue ?
- Fully Charged: Solid Blue ?
Earbud Fit
For the best fit and optimal sound seal, try all included ear tip sizes.
Insert the earbud into your ear canal and gently twist it until you achieve a secure and comfortable fit.

Handy Tips
- The left or right earbud can be used independently for music and phone calls. Simply take one earbud out of the case to connect.
- Only ONE Bluetooth device can be connected at a time. To connect to a new device, turn off Bluetooth on any previously paired devices and then enable Bluetooth on your chosen device.
- Ensure the earbuds are completely dry before placing them in the charging case to prevent damage. The earbuds are resistant to sweat and water, but the charging case is not.
Warning
Important Safety Information:
- ⚠️ Avoid exposing the earbuds to extreme heat, cold, or moisture.
- ⚠️ Prevent dropping or crushing the earbuds.
- ⚠️ Earwax buildup can reduce sound quality. Gently clean earbuds with a cotton swab or a similar soft tool to maintain optimal audio performance.
- If you experience discomfort or pain during use, reduce the volume or discontinue use temporarily.
- If discomfort persists, stop using the product and consult a medical professional.
- Treat your earbuds with care, similar to delicate eyewear, and store them safely when not in use.
Troubleshooting: Connection Issues / Disconnected Earbuds
If your earbuds are not connecting or have become disconnected from each other, perform a manual reset:
- Place both earbuds in the charging case. On your Bluetooth device, go to settings and "Forget" or "Unpair" the "JLab GO Air Pop".
- Tap one earbud 7 times within the charging case. It will blink blue 4 times ????.
- Tap the other earbud 7 times within the charging case. It will also blink blue 4 times ????.
- Remove both earbuds from the charging case. One earbud will remain solid white ⚪, and the other will blink blue/white ?⚪, indicating they are ready to pair with your device.
