Bluetooth Pairing
1. Pull the protective tabs and close the case.
2. The red LED on the case indicates it is charging. Remove the earbuds from the case.
3. One earbud will flash blue/white, indicating it is ready to pair with your device.
4. Select "JLab GO Air Pop" in your device's Bluetooth settings to connect.
A solid white LED followed by two short audio cues means the connection is established.
Adding New / Additional Bluetooth Devices:
Turn OFF Bluetooth on previously paired devices. Turn ON Bluetooth on the new device.
Remove earbuds from the case. Bluetooth pairing will begin automatically.
Select "JLab GO Air Pop" in the device settings to connect.
Button Functions
Left Earbud
- Volume Down: Single tap
- Siri (iOS) or "OK Google" (Android): Double tap
- Previous Track: Press and hold for 1 second
Right Earbud
- Volume Up: Single tap
- Play / Pause: Double tap
- Next Track: Press and hold for 1 second
- Answer Call: Single tap
- Disconnect: Double tap
- Reject Incoming Call: Press and hold for 1 second
- Change EQ: Triple tap
Custom EQ3 Sound Modes
Triple tap the right or left earbud to access EQ settings (GO Air Pop will cycle through 3 EQ settings).

JLab C3™™ custom tuning with boosted vocals and bass.
Balanced (Two Audio Cues)
Even sound with no added coloration.
Bass Boost (Three Audio Cues)
Emphasized bass and sub-bass.
Charging the Earbuds
1. The earbuds will turn off when placed in the case and begin charging.
Earbud Charging Indicator: A solid red light on the earbuds indicates they are charging.
Case Battery Status: A solid red light on the case indicates the case is 100-25% charged. A red light flashing 4 times on the case indicates the case is less than 25% charged (charge the case).
2. The earbuds will automatically turn on and connect to your device when removed from the case.
Charging the Case
Connect the GO Air Pop to a computer or device with a USB 5V/1A output (or lower).
Charging: Blue light flashes on the case.
Fully Charged: Solid blue light on the case.
Fitting the Earbuds
Try all included ear tips to find the ones that provide the best fit and seal.
Insert the earbud into your ear canal and twist slightly to find the best fit.
Tips
- You can listen to music or make phone calls using a single earbud. Simply remove either earbud from the case to connect to your device.
- Earbuds can only be paired with ONE Bluetooth device at a time. Turn OFF Bluetooth on devices you do not wish to use, and turn ON Bluetooth on the device you want to pair with the earbuds.
- Before placing earbuds in the charging case, ensure they are completely dry to avoid damaging the case. The earbuds are sweat and water-resistant, but the case is not.

Troubleshooting
Connection Error or Earbuds Not Pairing (Manual Reset)
- Place both earbuds in the charging case and forget your "JLab GO Air Pop" device in your device's Bluetooth settings.
- Quickly tap the touch sensor on one earbud 7 times while it is in the case. The earbud will flash blue 4 times.
- Quickly tap the touch sensor on the other earbud 7 times while it is in the case. The earbud will flash blue 4 times.
- Remove both earbuds from the charging case. One earbud will be solid white, and the other will flash blue/white, indicating they are ready to pair with your device.

Important Notes
- Avoid very high or very low temperatures and humidity.
- Do not drop or crush the earbuds.
- Earwax can build up in the ear tips and affect sound quality. To improve sound quality, carefully clean earwax with a cotton swab or other small tool.
- If you experience discomfort or pain, try lowering the volume or discontinuing use for a while.
- If you regularly experience discomfort while using this product, discontinue use and consult a doctor.
