How to Wear Your TOZO Earbuds

Follow these steps for a snug and comfortable fit:

• Step 1: Ensure the ear cap is facing downward, then gently place the earbuds into your ear.
• Step 2: Rotate the back of the earbuds towards the auricle (outer ear) side to fit snugly.

Incorrect way to wear: Ear cap facing up.

How to Pair

TWS Auto Pairing

1. Pick up both headsets from the charging base. They will power on automatically and connect to each other within 10 seconds.
2. If the earbud is fully charged, the blue light will flash for 5 seconds and then disappear. If not fully charged, the red light will remain on until fully charged.
3. Search for the pairing name "TOZO-NC9" on your phone's Bluetooth settings and select it to connect.

Reset Procedure

If only one earbud works, or if they fail to pair with each other, follow these reset steps:

1. Delete all "TOZO-NC9" records from your phone's Bluetooth settings, then turn off Bluetooth.
2. Press and hold both earbud buttons for 5 seconds until red lights appear, then turn off the earbuds.
3. Press and hold the MFB (Multi-Function Button) Touch Panel on each earbud for another 5 seconds until the blue light turns on and off. Then, quickly double-tap the MFB Touch Panel on each earbud. The reset process is complete when a purple light appears for 1 second, followed by the earbuds flashing red and blue alternately.

Note: If "Connection Unsuccessful" appears on your device, delete all historical "TOZO-NC9" records and try the pairing process again.

Earbud Controls

The MFB Touch Panel allows for various functions:

Left Earbud Controls

• Power On/Off: Press and hold, or pick up/put earbuds into the battery case.
• Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) / Transparency Mode (1x Tap): Single tap to switch between ANC and Transparency modes.
• Previous Track (2x Tap): Double tap to go to the previous song.
• End Call (Press and Hold): Press and hold to end a call.
• Activate Voice Assistant (3x Tap): Triple tap to activate your phone's voice assistant (Siri, Google Assistant, Baidu, etc.).
• Decrease Volume (Press and Hold): Press and hold to decrease volume.

Right Earbud Controls

• Power On/Off: Press and hold, or pick up/put earbuds into the battery case.
• Play/Pause (1x Tap): Single tap to play or pause music.
• Next Track (2x Tap): Double tap to go to the next song.
• Accept Call (1x Tap): Single tap to accept an incoming call.
• Reject Call (Press and Hold): Press and hold to reject an incoming call.
• Increase Volume (Press and Hold): Press and hold to increase volume.
