Step 1: Prepare Lamp Arm and Head
The assembly begins with the main components: the lamp arm with base clamp (Part 1) and the lamp head/LED bar (Part 2).
Step 2: Connect Lamp Head to Arm
Attach a small orange plate to the lamp arm (Part 1) using two screws (from parts list, not explicitly numbered in this step's diagram). This step connects the lamp head (Part 2) to the arm.
Step 3: Connect Lamp Sections
Connect two sections of the lamp arm/head using orange electrical connectors.
Step 4: Secure Lamp Head Assembly
Securely attach the lamp head (Part 2) to the lamp arm (Part 1). This involves using three screws (Part 4) and three washers (Part 3), tightened with the 3mm hex key (Part 5).
Step 5: Mount to Desk Surface
Mount the assembled lamp to a desk surface using the integrated clamp mechanism. Tighten the clamp screw using the provided wrench (Part 7) to a torque of up to 5 Nm [torque symbol].
Product Operation
The lamp is powered via a mains switch located on the unit, marked "Netzschalter / Mains switch" [power switch 0/I].
Light Control Functions:
- Indirect Light:
- Brief press: Switch indirect light ON or OFF.
- Long press: Dim the indirect light.
- Entire Lamp:
- Brief press: Switch the entire lamp ON or OFF (last setting will be saved).
- Long press: Change the colour temperature. A brief interruption during the long press changes the light direction.
- Direct Light:
- Brief press: Switch direct light ON or OFF.
- Long press: Dim the direct light.
Sensor Features
Motion Sensor & Daylight Sensor Configuration
The lamp is equipped with a motion sensor and a daylight sensor, configurable via a dip switch (Kipp-Schalter / Dip switch).

Motion Sensor Functionality
The motion sensor detects movement within a range of up to 3500 mm [ruler symbol] and an angle of 85° [angle symbol]. It can be set for inactivity timeouts (e.g., 30 minutes, +30 minutes) and dimming levels (e.g., -30%).
Daylight Sensor Functionality
The daylight sensor automatically adjusts the lamp's brightness based on ambient light conditions. It will turn on or increase brightness when natural light is insufficient and dim or turn off when sufficient natural light is available.
