Assembly Instructions

Follow these steps to assemble your MAULjuvis 825 87 lamp:

1. Prepare Components: Identify the lamp head unit (1), the pole (2), the clamp mechanism, screws (3, 6), washer (4), and wrench (7).
2. Attach Clamp to Pole: Secure the clamp mechanism to the bottom end of the pole (2) using screws (6).
3. Connect Lamp Head to Pole: Attach the lamp head unit (1) to the top of the pole (2). This involves inserting the pole into the lamp head assembly and securing it, potentially with screws (3) and a washer (4) as indicated in the diagrams.
4. Secure Pole to Base: Place the assembled pole onto the base or stand. Secure it with a screw, tightening to a maximum torque of 5 Nm using the wrench (7).
5. Adjust Clamp: Use the adjustment screw on the clamp mechanism to attach the lamp securely to a surface, such as a desk or table.

Operation and Sensor Functions

The MAULjuvis 825 87 features a rotary switch for power and dimming, along with integrated motion and daylight sensors.

Rotary Switch:

The rotary switch controls power and brightness:

• ON/OFF: Turns the lamp on or off.
• Dimming: Adjusts the light intensity from minimum to maximum.

Sensor Calibration:

To calibrate the light sensor:

1. Connect the mains plug to a power outlet.
2. Select the desired operating mode using the dip switch (positions 2 or 3 activate the light sensor).
3. Switch the luminaire on using the rotary switch.

The light sensor will automatically calibrate to the ambient lighting conditions within a few minutes.

Motion Sensor Details:
