Assembly Steps
Follow the numbered steps below for assembly. Each step includes diagrams and a list of parts required for that step.
Step 1: Prepare the Base
Ensure the ground is perfectly flat and level. A concrete slab is recommended but not included. (See page 3 for base preparation details).
Step 2: Assemble the Base Frame
Connect parts 1L and 1R using J8 and F1 screws. Repeat for the other side. (See page 7).
Step 3: Assemble Side Panels
Attach side panels (2L, 2R, 3L, 3R) to the base frame using F1 screws. (See pages 8 and 9).
Step 4: Attach Support Beams
Install support beams (part 5) to the side panels using F1 screws. (See page 9).
Step 5: Erect the Walls
Erect the back and side walls using parts P9, P3, and 13, securing them with F1, F2, and S3 fasteners. (See pages 10-13).
Step 6: Install Roof Supports
Attach roof support beams (parts 14, 6, 6-1, 6-2) to the top of the walls using F1 and S3 fasteners. (See pages 14 and 15).
Step 7: Install Roof Panels
Attach the roof panels (parts 20, 21L, 21R) to the roof supports using F1 and S3 fasteners. (See pages 17 and 20).
Step 8: Install Front and Back Panels
Attach the front and back panels (parts 9, 13-1, 22L, 22R, 23L, 23R) to the structure using F1 and S3 fasteners. (See pages 11, 12, 13, 16).
Step 9: Install Doors
Assemble and attach the doors (D1, D2) using parts GB, F2, GD, F1, S3, F3, S2. (See pages 18, 19, 23, 24, 25).
Step 10: Secure the Roof
Install the roof ridge and secure it with J1 and F7 fasteners. (See page 26).
Step 11: Final Checks
Ensure all parts are securely fastened. Check the stability of the shed. (See page 27).
Maintenance and Care
Regularly check all fasteners for tightness. Clean the shed with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive cleaners.
