Safety and Preparation
Before starting assembly, ensure you have a clear, level workspace. The assembly requires two people and may take approximately 8 hours. Wear appropriate safety gear, including gloves (EN 388 2121X). The shed has a maximum load capacity of 38kg/m² on the roof and a maximum wind resistance of 90km/h. Avoid assembly in adverse weather conditions like snow or strong winds.

Foundation:

Assembly Steps
Follow these steps carefully to assemble your Naterial Orizaba Metal Shed:
- Step 1: Attach parts 2L and 2R to part 1 using screws F1 (x4).
- Step 2: Connect part 1 (x2) to parts 2L and 2R using screws F1 (x4).
- Step 3: Assemble the base frame using parts 3L, 3R, and screws F1 (x4).
- Step 4: Attach part 5 to the base frame using screws F1 (x4).
- Step 5: Assemble the main frame structure, ensuring it is at a 90° angle. Two people are recommended for this step.
- Step 6: Attach side panels (P3) and corner supports (P2) using screws F1 and S3.
- Step 7: Secure panel 22 to the structure using screws F1 and S3.
- Step 8: Attach panels P3 and P4 to the base and side panels using screws F1 and S3.
- Step 9: Install panel 23R using screws F1 and S3.
- Step 10: Continue attaching panels P3 and P4 using screws F1 and S3.
- Step 11: Install panels 23L and 22 using screws F1 and S3.
- Step 12: Attach panels P3 and P2 using screws F1 and S3.
- Step 13: Install roof support beams 10L and 10R using screws F1 and S3.
- Step 14: Attach roof panels P3 using screws F1 and S3.
- Step 15: Install roof beams 12L and 12R using screws F2 and S3.
- Step 16: Attach parts 7 and 8 to the roof structure using part G2.
- Step 17: Secure the roof assembly to the shed walls using screws F1 and S3.
- Step 18: Attach parts 6, 4L, and 4R to the shed structure using screws F1, F2, and S3.
- Step 19: Install roof purlins 6-1 and 6-2 using screws F1 and S3.
- Step 20: Attach roof panels 21L and 21R using screws F2, F1, and S3.
- Step 21: Secure roof panels P5 and P6 using screws F1 and S3.
- Step 22: Attach roof edge panels 16L and 16R using screws F1 and GS.
- Step 23: Install roof panels 15L, 15R, and 17 using screws GC, F1, and S3.
- Step 24: Assemble the doors using parts D1, D2, and GB with screws F2.
- Step 25: Attach door hinges (part 18) to the shed frame and doors using screws F1, F2, and S3.
- Step 26: Continue attaching door hinges (part 18) to the shed frame and doors using screws F1, F2, and S3.
- Step 27: Install door handles (part GD) using screws F2 and S3.
- Step 28: Attach parts 7&8 and G2 to the door frame using screws F3.
- Step 29: Secure the roof structure with J1 parts and screws F7.
- Step 30: Install the door lock mechanism using F10 screws.
Final Check: Ensure all screws are tightened and the shed is stable. The doors should open and close smoothly.
