Safety and Preparation

Safety First: ⚠️ Always wear protective gloves ? and safety glasses. Ensure adequate ventilation during assembly. Two people are recommended for assembly ?.

Assembly Surface: The shed must be installed on a perfectly flat and level ground. A concrete slab is recommended (not included). Dimensions for the concrete slab: 2240mm x 1400mm, with a thickness of 150mm.

Assembly Steps

Step 1: Base Frame Assembly

Attach parts 2L (x1) and 2R (x1) to the base structure. Secure using F1 screws (x4).

Step 2: Base Frame Assembly

Attach parts 1L (x1) and 1R (x1) to the base frame. Secure using F1 screws (x4).

Step 3: Base Frame Assembly

Attach parts 3L (x1) and 3R (x1) to the base frame. Secure using F1 screws (x4).

Step 4: Base Frame Assembly

Attach part 5 (x1) to the base frame. Secure using F1 screws (x4).

Step 5: Frame Alignment

Two people are shown assembling the frame, ensuring it is at a 90-degree angle. Use a spirit level to confirm alignment.

Step 6: Vertical Panels

Attach vertical wall panels P1 (x1) and P9 (x1) to the base. Secure using F1 screws (x7), F2 screws (x1), and S3 washers (x8).

Step 7: Side Wall Panel

Attach side wall panel 22R (x1). Secure using F1 screws (x3) and S3 washers (x3).

Step 8: Side Wall Panels

Attach side wall panels P2 (x1) and P4 (x1). Secure using F1 screws (x16) and S3 washers (x16).

Step 9: Rear Wall Panel

Attach rear wall panel 23R (x1). Secure using F1 screws (x5) and S3 washers (x4).

Step 10: Rear Wall Panels

Attach rear wall panels P3 (x1) and P4 (x1). Secure using F1 screws (x11) and S3 washers (x11).

Step 11: Side Wall Panels

Attach side wall panels 23L (x1) and 22L (x1). Secure using F1 screws (x13) and S3 washers (x11).

Step 12: Base Reinforcement

Attach base reinforcement panels P1 (x1) and P9 (x1). Secure using F1 screws (x12), F2 screws (x1), and S3 washers (x13).

Step 13: Top Frame Assembly

Attach top frame parts 9 (x1) and 11 (x1). Secure using F1 screws (x18) and S3 washers (x18).

Step 14: Roof Supports

Attach roof support parts 21L (x2), 21R (x2), B3 (x2), B4 (x2), and 12 (x2). Secure using F2 screws (x4).

Step 15: Roof Structure

Attach roof support profiles 10L (x1) and 10R (x1). Secure using F1 screws (x13) and S3 washers (x10).

Step 16: Roof Structure

Attach roof support parts 7 (x1), 8 (x1), and G2 connectors (x4). Secure using F1 screws (x10) and S3 washers (x8).

Step 17: Wall Panel Attachment

Attach wall panel P3 (x1). Secure using F1 screws (x21) and S3 washers (x21).

Step 18: Door Frame Assembly

Attach door frame parts 6 (x1), 4L (x1), and 4R (x1). Secure using F1 screws (x8) and F2 screws (x2), S3 washers (x10).

Step 19: Roof Supports

Attach roof support parts 6-1 (x1) and 6-2 (x1). Secure using F1 screws (x6) and S3 washers (x2).

Step 20: Roof Panel Attachment

Attach roof panel 16 (x1). Secure using F2 screws (x2).

Step 21: Roof Panels

Attach roof panels P5 (x1), P6 (x1), P10 (x1), and P11 (x1). Secure using F1 screws (x28), S3 washers (x32), and F2 screws (x4).

Step 22: Roof Panel Attachment

Attach roof panels 17 (x4), 19 (x1), and GE connectors (x2). Secure using F1 screws (x8) and S3 washers (x2).

Step 23: Roof Panel Attachment

Attach roof panel parts 15 (x2), GS connectors (x4), and GC connectors (x4). Secure using F1 screws (x16) and S3 washers (x8).

Step 24: Door Installation

Install doors D1 (x1) and D2 (x1) using GB brackets (x2) and F2 screws (x2).

Step 25: Door Hinge Attachment (Door D1)

Attach part 18 (x3) to door D1. Secure using F2 screws (x8), F1 screws (x6), and S3 washers (x14).

Step 26: Door Hinge Attachment (Door D2)

Attach part 18 (x3) to door D2. Secure using F2 screws (x8), F1 screws (x6), and S3 washers (x14).

Step 27: Door Handles

Attach door handles GD (x4) to doors D1 and D2. Secure using F2 screws (x4) and S3 washers (x4).

Step 28: Roof Finalization

Attach roof components using F3 screws (x8) and G2 connectors (x2). Final check with S2.

Step 29: Corner Brackets

Attach corner brackets J1 (x4) to the inner side of the shed. Secure using F7 screws (x16).

Step 30: Final Securing

Secure corners using F10 bolts (x4).

The diagram shows a final check with a tick mark ✔️, indicating successful assembly.
