Shed Dimensions and Base Preparation
Dimensions:
- Width: 303 cm
- Depth: 236 cm
- Height (front): 204 cm
- Height (rear): 206 cm
- Base footprint: 291 cm x 226 cm (external)
Base Preparation:
The shed must be installed on a perfectly flat and level ground surface. A concrete slab is recommended (not included). The recommended concrete slab size is 3330mm x 2660mm with a thickness of 150mm.

Assembly Steps
Step 1: Assemble Base Frame
Attach part 1R (x2) to part 1L (x2) using 8x F1 screws. This forms two base frame sections. Then, attach part 2R (x1) to part 2L (x1) using 4x F1 screws to complete the base frame.
Step 2: Attach Base Supports
Connect the base frame sections using part 5 (base support rail). Secure with screws as indicated.
Step 3: Assemble Corner Posts
Attach corner posts 3L and 3R to the base frame. Use parts 4L and 4R as connectors for the side wall panels.
Step 4: Install Lower Wall Panels
Attach lower wall panels (6, 6-1, 6-2) to the base and corner posts. Secure with screws.
Step 5: Install Side Wall Panels
Install side wall panels (7, 8) and rear wall panels (9) onto the frame. Secure using screws.
Step 6: Assemble Roof Supports
Attach roof supports (10L, 10R) to the top of the side wall panels. Use connectors (11) and screws.
Step 7: Install Roof Trusses
Assemble the roof trusses (21L, 21R, 22L, 22R, 23L, 23R) and attach them to the roof supports. Use parts 12, B1, B2, B3, B4, J1, and screws (F1, F2, S3).
Step 8: Install Roof Panels
Attach roof panels (13, 14, 15, 16, 19, 20) to the roof trusses and supports. Use connectors (15-1, 15-2, 16-1, 24-1, 24-2) and screws (F1, F2, S3).
Step 9: Install Wall Panels
Continue installing the remaining wall panels (P1, P2, P3, P4, 17). Secure with screws (F1, F2, S3).
Step 10: Install Roof Panels (Continued)
Complete the roof panel installation using parts P5, P6, P7, P8 and screws (F1, S3).
Step 11: Install Roof Purlins
Attach roof purlins (18) to the roof structure. Secure with screws (F1, F2, S3).
Step 12: Install Door Components
Assemble and attach the door components. This includes door hinges (G2), door handles (GD), door runners (GS), door bottom guides (GB), and door panels (GC, GE, D1, D2). Use screws (F2, F3) and nuts (S2, S3).
Step 13: Final Assembly Checks
Ensure all parts are securely fastened. Check the stability and alignment of the shed.
Step 14: Final Reinforcement
Attach corner brackets (J1) using bolts (F7) and additional fasteners (F10) for structural integrity.
Step 15: Door Installation
Mount the assembled doors onto the shed frame using the provided hinges and runners.
Step 16: Roof Finalization
Ensure all roof panels are correctly seated and secured.
Step 17: Final Inspection
Perform a final check of the entire structure for stability and proper assembly.
Final Check
The image shows a comparison between an incorrectly assembled structure (marked with ❌) and a correctly assembled structure (marked with ✔️), indicating the final state of the shed assembly.
