1. IMPORTANT INFORMATION

If the product is already assembled, ensure all screws are securely fastened before use. If assembly is required, verify that all necessary installation components are present upon opening the package. Do not use a damaged or defective product; return it to the nearest store.

2. INSTALLATION

We recommend using the product packaging as a mounting support to prevent damage (scratches, paint chips, dirt). Before completing assembly, do not overtighten screws and allow for some play in each element. Once assembly is finished, ensure all screws are properly tightened. This product must be placed on a stable surface. Two adults are required for assembly.

3. USAGE RECOMMENDATIONS

This product is intended for domestic, non-professional outdoor use. Do not use the product if you have doubts about its suitability for the intended use. Do not hang from the structure. Keep the product away from flames and direct heat sources such as outdoor heaters and barbecues.

CAUTION: DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT IN HEAVY RAIN, STRONG WINDS, OR THUNDERSTORMS, AS USER SAFETY IS NO LONGER GUARANTEED.

4. CARE AND MAINTENANCE

We recommend regular maintenance of your product.

Cleaning

If using a cleaning product, apply it with a non-abrasive sponge using mild soap and warm water. Carefully follow the instructions provided with these products and check their compatibility. If the product includes a textile component, follow the care label instructions.

Fastenings

For parasols, ensure the pole is fixed to the base. For pergolas and gazebos, follow the ground indications in this manual. For better stability and safety, retighten screws approximately two weeks after assembly. Also, retighten the product at least once a year for durable maintenance.

Winter Storage

If the product is not used for a prolonged period or in case of bad weather, it is recommended to store the canvas in a dry place, protected from humidity (e.g., in a garden shed or under a roof) after cleaning and drying it. For parasols, you can also use a suitable cover.

5. PROTECTING THE ENVIRONMENT

Remember to take packaging and end-of-life products to a waste disposal facility.

6. WARRANTY

NATERIAL products are designed to the strictest quality standards for consumer market products. The sales warranty covers a period of 3 years from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects: missing parts and elements, and damage incurred under normal usage conditions. Repairs and part replacements do not extend the initial warranty period.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover problems or incidents resulting from incorrect product use. The product warranty is limited to the product's value. The following cases are specifically excluded:

Damage incurred during installation.
Discoloration and stains resulting from non-compliance with maintenance instructions.
Upon opening the package, traces of cutters and staples, as well as marks caused by contact between the product and the ground.

The color of the fabrics is guaranteed for 2 years; beyond this period, the color may fade.
