Installation Instructions
Step 1: Rear Factory Flare Removal
Remove the bolts located along the interior of the inner fender and the clips located in each corner of the fender. This involves reaching inside the wheel well to unscrew fasteners and pull out clips securing the original fender flare.
Step 2: Remove Factory Fender Flare
Carefully detach and remove the old factory fender flare from the vehicle.
Step 3: Remove Remaining Clips
Remove any small plastic clips that may remain attached to the edge of the vehicle's fender after the flare has been removed.
Step 4: Driver Side Installation - Identify Flares
Identify the correct fender flares for the driver's side of the vehicle. The front section of the flare is indicated.
Step 5: Identify Installation Holes
Locate the five pre-drilled mounting holes on the vehicle's fender where the new flare will be attached.
Step 6: Attach Rubber Strip
Attach the provided rubber strip to the inner edge of the new fender flare. Align this strip with the factory installation holes on the vehicle.
Step 7: Fender Flare Installation (Middle Holes)
Position the fender flare against the vehicle. Insert three (3) M8x25 Hex Bolts through the middle mounting holes. For each bolt, add a D8 Split Lock Washer, followed by an M8*16*1 Flat Washer, and secure with an M8 Flange Hex Lock Nut. Do not fully tighten the hardware at this stage to allow for adjustability.
Step 8: Fender Flare Installation (Side Holes)
Install the remaining hardware through the two side mounting holes: two (2) M8x25 Hex Bolts, two (2) D8 Split Lock Washers, two (2) M8*16*1 Flat Washers, and two (2) M8 Flange Hex Lock Nuts. Once all bolts are in place, tighten all hardware securely.
Step 9: Repeat for Passenger Side
Repeat the same installation steps for the passenger side of the vehicle.
Step 10: Installation Complete
