- 10mm, 13mm, 19mm Wrench
- Adjustable Wrench
- 10mm, 13mm, 19mm Shallow Socket
- 4mm, 5mm, 6mm Hex Bit Socket

Installation Instruction
Step 1: Remove Factory Bumper
(Driver Side) Place the vehicle in park and remove the factory bumper from the frame. Find the factory installation holes.

Step 2: Install Nut Plate
(Driver Side) Put the nut plate to the factory frame.

Step 3: Install Reinforcement Bracket
(Driver Side) Install the reinforcement bracket to the factory frame using the (2) M10 button bolts, (2) M10x1.5x20mm flat washers. Do not fully tighten hardware to allow adjustability. Repeat this step for the opposite side of the factory frame.

Step 4: Attach Bumper to Frame
(Driver Side) Install the bumper to the factory frame using the (3) M12x30mm hex bolts, (3) D12 split lock washers, (5) M12x2x30mm flat washers, (3) M12 hex nuts. Do not fully tighten hardware to allow adjustability.

Step 5: Secure Bumper to Vehicle
(Driver Side) Install the reinforcement bracket to the bumper using the (2) M10 button bolts, (2) M10x1.5x20mm flat washers. Tighten all bolts to secure the bumper to the vehicle.

Step 6: Install Carrier and Bearing
(Driver Side) Put the carrier to the bumper. Install the bearing & the M24mm castle nut to the bumper. Tighten the nut using the adjustable wrench.

Step 7: Install Bearing Cover
(Driver Side) Install the bearing cover to the carrier using the M6x12mm flat head bolt.

Step 8: Install T-shaped Pin
(Driver Side) Install the T-shaped pin to the carrier.

Step 9: Install Adjustable Latch
Install the adjustable latch to the carrier using the (6) M6x16mm button bolts, (6) M6x1x12mm flat washers, (2) M6 lock nuts.

Step 10: Install Hook and Latch
(Driver Side) Install the hook to the carrier using (2) M6x14mm button bolts, (2) M6x1.5x16mm flat washers. Install the adjustable latch to the carrier using the (4) M6x16 button bolts, (4) M6x1x12mm flat washers.

Step 11: Install Rubber Pad to Carrier
(Driver Side) Install the rubber pad to the carrier using the M8x25mm button bolt, M8 lock nut.

Step 12: Install Cushioning Bracket and Rubber Pad
(Driver Side) Install the rubber pad to the cushioning bracket using the M8x25mm button bolt. Install the cushioning bracket & rubber pad to the carrier using the (2) M8x20mm button bolts, (2) M8x1.5x16mm flat washers, M8x25 button bolt, M8 lock nut.

Step 13: Install Oil Drum Bracket
(Driver Side) Install the oil drum bracket to the carrier using the (4) M8x20mm button bolts, (4) M8x1.5x20mm flat washers, (4) M8 lock nuts.

Step 14: Assemble and Install Spare Tire Mounting Brackets
(Passenger Side) Assemble the spare tire using the (4) M12x30mm hex bolts, (4) D8 split lock washers, (4) M12x2x30mm flat washers, (4) M12 lock nuts. Install the spare tire mounting brackets to the carrier using the (4) M12x30mm hex bolts, (4) D8 split lock washers, (8) M12x2x30mm flat washers, (4) M12 lock nuts.

Step 15: Installation Complete
