• Drive Socket Ratchet Wrench
• 4mm Hex Bit Socket
• 8mm & 10mm Wrench

Installation Time

Approximately 2 hours. Installation time may vary depending on mechanical skill level. Please verify all parts are present and read instructions carefully before starting installation.

Installation Instructions

Front Uninstall:

Step 1: Use a 10mm socket to remove bolts along the top and front of the inner fender. Use a trim clip tool to remove clips on the interior and exterior lip of the inner fender, securing it to the vehicle. Remove the inner fender by pulling down and then out. (Note: Pictured are uninstall and installation of the passenger side fender.)

Step 2: Unplug the turn signal indicator by pulling the red release tab and then pulling the connector apart.

Step 3: Use a 10mm socket to remove the bolt securing the fender to the vehicle. Pull the fender away from the vehicle to release the clips. Pull straight to avoid breaking clips. Clips are not reused; breaking one or two is normal.

Step 4: Use a trim clip tool to remove factory clips along the fender. Repeat for the other side.

Passenger Side Installation:

Step 5: Install the decorative plate into the front inner fender liners (A2). Use button head socket cap bolts screws (M4*8) and nylon insert lock nuts (M4).

Step 6: Assemble the front inner fender liners (A2, B2, C2). Use button head socket cap bolts screws (M6*10) and flange hex lock nuts (M6).

Step 7: Install mounting brackets (1). Use button head socket cap bolts screws (M6*25) and flat washers (M6*16*1.5). Do not fully tighten these bolts yet.

Step 8: Install mounting bracket (2). Use button head socket cap bolts screws (M6*16), flat washers (M6*16*1.5), and flange hex lock nuts (M6). The nut needs to be inserted from underneath. Do not fully tighten these bolts yet.

Step 9: To install the upper two holes, a helper is recommended to lift the liner while screwing in the bolts. Use button head socket cap bolts screws (M6*25), flat washers (M6*16*1.5), and flange hex lock nuts (M6). Do not fully tighten these bolts yet.

Step 10: Install the right hole. Push the liner inside before screwing the bolt. Align the hole and screw the bolt. Use button head socket cap bolts screws (M6*25) and flat washers (M6*16*1.5). Do not fully tighten the bolt yet.

Step 11: Install the left hole. The nut needs to be inserted from underneath. Use button head socket cap bolts screws (M6*25), flat washers (M6*16*1.5), and flange hex lock nuts (M6).

Step 12: Tighten all bolts together. Repeat the same installation process for the driver side.

Step 13: Installation is complete. Enjoy your off-road adventures with your new Hooke Road product!
