Assembly Instructions
❗ IMPORTANT: Read all instructions BEFORE assembly and USE. Keep for future reference.
❗ IMPORTANT: Adult assembly is required.
❗ IMPORTANT: Before assembly and each use, inspect for damaged hardware, loose joints, missing parts, or sharp edges. NEVER use if parts are missing or broken.
Assembling the Playard
- Unzip the bag and remove the playard frame [Illustration showing the playard frame being removed from the bag]. Undo the fasten straps and set the mattress aside. Do not push the center down yet.
- Top rails must be fully erected before lowering the center. Pull up one rail at a time, holding each side. Ensure both tubes latch securely and each rail is rigid. The center must be raised while locking the rails. If one rail locks but the other doesn't, unlock and try again.
- Once all four top rails are locked, push down on the center handle [Illustration showing the center handle being pushed down]. The center mechanism will rotate and lock. Test each top rail by pushing down slightly to confirm it is rigid and secure.
- Place the Mattress on the floor of the playard with the padded side facing up [Illustration showing the mattress placed in the playard].
- Insert the Velcro® straps from the underside of the mattress through the slots in the floor of each end of the playard. Fasten the straps to the underside of the playard floor to prevent the mattress from moving. The center handle MUST remain raised while locking the side rails.
Folding the Playard
- Release the Velcro® straps holding the mattress. Do not unlock top rails yet; the center of the floor must be raised. Rotate the center handle counter-clockwise 90 degrees and raise the center as high as the top rails [Illustration showing the center handle rotated and raised]. Gather the legs and wheels together towards the center.
- Locate the rail latch release in the center and bottom side of each rail. Squeeze the lever with two hands until the rail releases the tubes [Illustration showing the rail latch release mechanism], then push down. If rails do not release completely, DO NOT FORCE. Lift the center of the floor higher. Both tubes must release for the top rail to fold.
- Gather all four corners and the center tightly. Wrap the mattress around the playard frame with the padded side facing inward. Secure the hooks and loop straps by feeding them through the loops on the end of the mattress and folding them back onto themselves.
- Place the folded playard into the carry bag so the handle comes through the opening between the zipper sides.
Assembling the Bassinet
❗ ATTENTION: Playard must be fully assembled and securely locked before installing or using the bassinet feature. Remove the mattress from the playard floor to use inside the bassinet.
- Position the bassinet over and down into the fully assembled playard. Secure by pushing down firmly on each plastic support clip until snapped into place [Illustration showing the bassinet being attached to the playard].
- Insert the assembled mattress support tubes into the loops provided on the bottom of the bassinet [Illustration showing the mattress support tubes being inserted].
- Place the mattress into the bassinet with the padded side facing upward [Illustration showing the mattress placed in the bassinet].
To Remove Bassinet: Remove mattress from bassinet. Remove canopy. Unsnap all clips and lift bassinet.
Assembling the Changing Table
❗ ATTENTION: Playard must be fully assembled and securely locked before installing or using the changing table feature.
- Connect the two (2) long curved bars together [Illustration showing curved bars connected]. Insert the assembled curved bars into the changing table fabric, sliding them around inside the sleeve.
- Connect the two (2) short bars to each end of the long curved bar [Illustration showing short bars connected to curved bar]. Ensure knobs face down and in the same direction.
- Insert connector knob prongs into holes on the playard corners [Illustration showing prongs inserted into corners]. Turn connector knobs counter-clockwise to lock [Illustration showing knobs being turned].
- Flip the changing table over onto the playard [Illustration showing the changing table flipped onto the playard]. Snap the two (2) buttons on the flap down onto the playard.
- Secure the changing table to the playard frame by fastening the Velcro straps on the underside of the changing table to the side rails of the playard frame [Illustration showing Velcro straps securing the changing table].
Using the Changing Table Restraint System
❗ IMPORTANT: Always keep child within arm's reach. Always use restraint belt to prevent falls.
- Place child on changing table, ensuring hands/arms are clear of restraint. Bring restraint around child's waist and clip buckle ends together [Illustration of child with restraint].
- Tighten strap snugly around child's waist. DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN.
- To remove, unsnap the buckle.
- ATTENTION: NEVER use changing table if it is damaged or broken.
Removing the Changing Table
- Flip changing table to the outside of the playard. Unsnap fabric flap. Twist connector knobs clockwise to unlock [Illustration showing knobs being twisted]. Remove changing table and disconnect short bars from curved bar by pressing snap buttons and pulling apart. Remove curved bar from sleeve.
Parent Organizer Assembly
- Parent Organizer: Position each hook so the hooked end faces the rear [Illustration of hook positioning]. Press hook firmly into the slot until it snaps.
- Connect the parent organizer/diaper stacker to the playard by sliding the two connecting clips over an open portion of the top rail [Illustration showing organizer attached to playard]. Note: Can only be installed on open sides where clips attach easily without interference.
Mobile Assembly
❗ ATTENTION: A crib mobile is for visual stimulation, not grasping. Remove if baby pushes up. Mount on wall/ceiling out of reach. Attach fasteners tightly. Check frequently. DO NOT add extra strings. DO NOT attach with child in playard/bassinet.
- Insert the mobile lower arm into the mobile arm holder until locked together [Illustration of lower arm and holder connecting].
- Insert the mobile upper curved arm into the mobile lower arm until locked together [Illustration of upper arm connecting to lower arm].
- Attach the wind-up toy to the tri-shaped arm, aligning slots and pressing together [Illustration of wind-up toy attached].
- Snap the wind-up toy with tri-shaped arm onto the end of the upper curved arm. Connect toys by threading strings into slots at the end of each arm [Illustration of toys attached to mobile].
- Insert the bottom of the mobile arm into the frame of the playard [Illustration of mobile arm inserted into playard frame].
