Assembly Instructions
Playard Assembly:
- Unzip the bag and remove the Playard frame. Undo the fastening straps and set the mattress aside. Do not push the center down yet.
- Ensure all four top rails are fully erected before lowering the center. Pull up one rail at a time, holding each side, and pull sharply. Do not pull from the middle where the center latch release is located. Make sure both tubes latch in place and each rail is rigid. If one rail locks but the other side does not, unlock the rail by squeezing the release in the center and try again.
- Once all four top rails are locked, push down on the center handle. The center mechanism will rotate 90 degrees clockwise and automatically lock. Test each top rail by pushing down slightly to confirm it is rigid and securely in place before use.
- Place the mattress on the floor of the Playard with the padded side facing up.
- Insert the Velcro® straps located on the underside of the mattress through the slots in the floor of each end of the Playard. Fasten the hook and loop straps to the underside of the Playard floor to prevent the mattress from moving. IMPORTANT: The center handle must remain raised while locking the side rails.
- To operate the brakes on the wheels, press downward on the brake levers. To release, lift upward on the lever.
Folding the Playard:
- Release the Velcro® straps holding the mattress. Do not unlock top rails yet; the center of the floor must be raised first.
- Rotate the center handle counter-clockwise 90 degrees and raise the center as high as the top rails. Gather the legs and wheels together towards the center.
- Locate the rail latch release in the center and bottom side of each rail. Squeeze the lever with two hands until the rail releases the two tubes, then push down. If rails do not release completely, lift the center of the floor higher. Both tubes must be released for the top rail to fold.
- Gather the four corners and center them tightly. Wrap the mattress around the playard frame with the padded side facing inward.
- Secure the hooks and loop straps by feeding them through the loops on the end of the mattress and folding them back onto themselves. Place the folded playard into the carry bag.
Bassinet Assembly:
- Position the bassinet over and down into the fully assembled playard. Secure in place by pushing down firmly on each plastic support clip until all are snapped into place.
- Align the metal support tubes with the holes in the front frame assembly. Insert the tubes into the loops provided on the bottom of the bassinet.
- Place the mattress into the bassinet with the padded side facing upward. Fasten tabs underneath the mattress to secure it in place.
Removing the Bassinet:
Remove the mattress and canopy. Unsnap all clips and lift the bassinet.
Canopy Assembly:
- Open the canopy, aligning the inner center strap with the two outer straps for adjustment.
- Open the canopy completely and ensure the straps are aligned correctly for a proper fit on the playard.
- Position the canopy in the center of the playard. Attach each side of the canopy by firmly pressing canopy clips onto the center of the top rails.
- Attach the other end of the canopy to the playard by snapping the two buttons or velcro located near each corner of the playard.
Removing the Canopy:
Unsnap the canopy and pull upward on the ends from the side of the playard.
Changing Table Assembly:
- Connect the two (2) Long Curved Bars together.
- Insert the assembled curved bars into the changing table fabric and slide them around inside the sleeve.
- Connect the two (2) Short Bars to each end of the Long Curved Bar, ensuring knobs face down and in the same direction.
- Insert connector knob prongs into holes located on both corners of the playard. Turn the connector knobs counter-clockwise to lock into place.
- Flip the changing table onto the playard. Snap the two (2) buttons on the flap down onto the playard.
- Locate the velcro straps on the bottom of the changing table and on the inside of the side rails of the playard.
- Flip the changing table into its upper position.
- Secure the changing table to the playard frame by fastening the velcro straps. Ensure it is correctly and securely installed BEFORE each use.
Using the Changing Table Restraint System:
Place child on changing table, ensuring hands and arms are clear of the restraint. Bring the restraint around the child's waist and clip the ends together. Tighten strap snugly. To remove, unsnap the buckle. NEVER use the changing table if it is damaged or broken.
Removing the Changing Table:
Flip the changing table to the outside of the playard. Unsnap the fabric flap. Twist connector knobs clockwise to unlock. Remove the changing table from the playard and disconnect the short bars from the curved bar. Remove the curved bar from the sleeve.
Parent Organizer Assembly:
- Position each hook so the hooked end faces the rear of the organizer. Press the hook firmly into the slot until it snaps into place.
- Connect the parent organizer to the playard by sliding the two connecting clips over an open portion of the top rail. Note: The parent organizer can only be installed on open sides where clips attach easily without interfering with other features.
