IKEA Promotion Regulations
„-15% on accessories with a minimum purchase of 30 PLN”

Promotion period: 21.05.2025-30.06.2025
1. General Provisions:
1.1 Promotion Name: „-15% on accessories with a minimum purchase of 30 PLN” („Promotion”).
1.2 Organizer: The promotion is organized by IKEA Retail Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Janki, Plac Szwedzki 3, 05-090 Raszyn, with a share capital of PLN 20,000,000.00, entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, XIV Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number 0000091681, REGON: 010577890, NIP: 527 010 33 85 („Organizer”).
2. Conditions for Participation in the Promotion:
2.1 Promotion Period: 21.05.2025 - 30.06.2025 or until stocks of promotional items run out.
2.2 Place of Promotion: IKEA stationary stores within the Republic of Poland („IKEA Store”), online store www.IKEA.pl / IKEA application, purchases made via phone, and purchases made via the IKEA Chat service.
2.3 Eligibility: The promotion can be used by individuals with full legal capacity, legal entities, or organizational units without legal personality to which the law grants legal capacity.
2.4 Scope: The promotion is aimed at retail customers and applies to the purchase of IKEA goods in quantities typically purchased by households or for business purposes. The promotion does not apply to the purchase of IKEA goods for resale.
2.5 Employee Participation: IKEA employees may participate in the Promotion.
2.6 Membership Requirement: Only IKEA Family and IKEA Business Network club members are eligible to participate in the Promotion. The IKEA Family card or IKEA Business Network virtual card must be presented before payment at an IKEA store.
2.7 Online/Phone Orders: For orders placed via the www.IKEA.pl online store, by phone, or via chat, the condition for participation is to provide your IKEA Family or IKEA Business Network card number during the order process. Orders placed through the IKEA app require members to log in with their IKEA Family account and provide their card number during the order.
3. Detailed Promotion Conditions:
3.1 Discount: The promotion consists of granting a 15% discount on products listed in Annex No. 1 to these Regulations, provided that the value of their purchase in a single transaction reaches or exceeds the required 30 PLN (in words: thirty Polish zlotys) („Discount”).
3.2 Product List and Discount Amount: The list of products covered by the promotion and the discount amount for individual products are indicated in Annex No. 1 to the Regulations, subject to point 3.3 below.
3.3 Exclusions: Products listed in Annex No. 1 to the Regulations, purchased from the „Okazje na Okrągło” (Round Occasions) section or from display, products designated as „Second Quality”, and custom-made items are not included in the promotion.
3.4 Multiple Uses: A Club Member can participate in the promotion multiple times during its duration.
3.5 Condition for Discount Application: To benefit from the Promotion, it is necessary to purchase products listed in Annex No. 1 to the Regulations with a minimum value of 30 PLN in a single transaction and to identify yourself with your IKEA Family or IKEA Business Network card. Identification for the Discount to be applied should occur as follows:
- a) In-store purchases without delivery: Identification of the Club Member with the IKEA Family / IKEA Business Network card at the stage of scanning items, before paying for the goods eligible for the Discount.
- b) In-store purchases with delivery: Provide the employee with your IKEA Family / IKEA Business Network card number before completing the order for the goods eligible for the Discount.
- c) Online/App purchases: Log in to your IKEA Family/IKEA Business Network account before paying for the goods eligible for the Discount.
- d) Phone/Chat orders: Provide the employee with your IKEA Family / IKEA Business Network card number before completing the order and receiving the payment link for the goods eligible for the Discount.
3.6 Product Returns: Returning products purchased under the Promotion means forfeiting participation in the Promotion. The refund value is calculated based on the unit prices shown on the receipt or invoice.
4. Other Provisions:
4.1 Acceptance of Regulations: Participation in the promotion signifies confirmation that the customer has read and accepted these Regulations.
4.2 Complaints: All complaints regarding the promotion should be submitted within 14 days from the end of the promotion period:
- By phone: 22 275 00 00 (charges according to the operator's tariff).
- In person at the IKEA Store Customer Service Department in writing.
- By mail to the IKEA Store address (Customer Service Department Manager).
- Via the complaint form available on the website: Reklamacje w IKEA - IKEA.
- Via IKEA Chat available on the website: Skontaktuj się z nami – IKEA - IKEA.
4.3 Complaint Resolution Time: Complaints will be processed within 14 days.
4.4 Written Complaint Requirements: A written complaint should include customer contact details (name, surname, address, phone number) and a description and reason for the complaint.
4.5 Availability of Regulations: The promotion regulations are available at IKEA Stores in the Customer Service Department and on the website IKEA.pl/regulaminy.
4.6 Organizer's Right to Modify: The Organizer may introduce changes to these Regulations during the Promotion period. Amended terms of the Regulations will be made available on the website IKEA.pl/regulaminy and at IKEA Stores. Introduced changes will be effective from the date of announcement of the amended Regulations, as stated above. The date of the Regulations' amendment will also be indicated in the text of the Regulations. Changes to these Regulations do not apply to individuals who joined the Promotion before the date of the change.
4.7 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from the performance of obligations related to this Promotion will be resolved by the competent common court.
4.8 Consumer Rights: Regarding Customers who are consumers or individuals who have concluded an agreement directly related to their economic activity, where the content of this agreement indicates that it does not have a professional character for them, resulting in particular from the subject of their economic activity, made available based on the provisions on the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity, IKEA is responsible for the non-conformity of IKEA Goods and Services with the agreement on the terms regulated in art. 43a et seq. of the Act of May 30, 2014, on consumer rights. Regarding other Customers, IKEA is responsible for product defects on the terms regulated in art. 556 et seq. of the Civil Code.
4.9 Effective Date: These Regulations are effective from 21.05.2025.
