IKEA Promotion Regulations

1. General Provisions
1.1. Promotion Name: "Pork Cutlet with Mashed Potatoes and Creamed Cabbage" for 10 PLN for IKEA Family and IKEA Business Network Members.
1.2. Organizer: IKEA Retail Sp. z o.o., located at Plac Szwedzki 3, 05-090 Janki, Poland. Share capital: 20,000,000.00 PLN. Registered in the National Court Register by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, XIV Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number 0000091681, REGON: 010577890, NIP: 527 010 33 85 (the "Organizer").
2. Promotion Conditions
2.1. Promotion Period: 05.05 - 29.08.2025, or until promotional stock is exhausted.
2.2. Promotion Location: IKEA stationary stores within the territory of the Republic of Poland ("IKEA Store"). The promotion does not apply to purchases made based on the Distance Service Agreement.
2.3. Eligibility: The promotion is available to individuals with full legal capacity.
2.4. Target Audience: The promotion is aimed at retail customers and applies to IKEA product purchases typically made by households. It does not apply to IKEA products intended for resale. IKEA employees are eligible to participate.
2.5. Participation Requirement: To participate, customers must be members of the IKEA Family club or IKEA Business Network. The IKEA Family card or IKEA Business Network card must be presented before payment at the restaurant checkout in the IKEA store.
2.6. Stacking Promotions: This promotion can be combined with other promotions.
3. Detailed Promotion Terms
3.1. Offer Details: IKEA Family or IKEA Business Network members can purchase the "Pork Cutlet with Mashed Potatoes and Creamed Cabbage" set for 10 PLN during the promotion period. The regular price of the set outside the promotion is 19 PLN.
3.2. Availability: The offer is available from Monday to Friday. Customers can use the promotion multiple times during its validity period.
3.3. Purchase Limit: A maximum of 3 sets are allowed per receipt.
3.4. Takeaway Exclusion: The offer does not apply to takeaway meals.
4. Other Provisions
4.1. Acceptance: Participation in the promotion signifies confirmation of having read and accepted these Regulations.
4.2. Complaints: All complaints regarding the promotion must be submitted within 14 days from the end of the promotion period. Complaints can be submitted:
- In person at the IKEA Store Customer Service Department in written form.
- Via the complaint form available on the website: IKEA Complaints.
- Via IKEA Chat available on the website: Contact Us – IKEA.
- By phone: 22 275 00 00 (charges apply according to the operator's tariff).
- By mail to the IKEA Store address (Head of Customer Service Department).
4.3. Complaint Resolution: Complaints will be processed within 14 days.
4.4. Complaint Content: Written complaints must include customer contact details (name, surname, address, phone number) and a description of the reason for the complaint.
4.5. Regulation Availability: The promotion regulations are available at the IKEA Store Customer Service Department.
4.6. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from the execution of obligations related to this promotion will be settled by the competent common court.
4.7. Consumer Rights: In relation to customers who are consumers or individuals who have concluded an agreement directly related to their economic activity, where the content of such agreement indicates that it does not have a professional character for them, IKEA is liable for the non-conformity of IKEA Goods and Services with the agreement in accordance with the provisions of Article 43a et seq. of the Act of May 30, 2014, on Consumer Rights. In relation to other Customers, IKEA is liable for defects of Goods in accordance with the provisions of Article 556 et seq. of the Civil Code.
4.8. Validity: These Regulations are effective from 05.05.2025.
